The property's excellent location is situated in a highly walkable area that provides easy access to various amenities. The accommodations were satisfactory, with an acceptable room quality. Guests can enjoy a selection of quality drinks, and the pool area offers a pleasant space for relaxation and leisure.

The pool and elevators were small. The room's power is connected to the room key; if only one key is taken and someone leaves with it, everything turns off. Be sure to ask for additional keys!

Great location close to beautiful beach but also to the centre of night life. You can walk everywhere. The bed was insane, so far one of the most comfy I tried when travelling around Mexico. Clean, quiet, great having the open bar it definitely adds points. Staff super lovely. Recommended

Honestly can’t think of anything. I only spent one night there so didn’t have the proper time to see anything I wouldn’t like.

Loved the convenience to the convention centre, across the road from the beach, parking included, rooms were lovely and clean, rooftop pool and bar was a bonus.

It would be nice to have a little snack bar on the rooftop - even just with some nachos + pizza or something.

Everything was great. Room size and bathroom were spacious. Loved the rooftop pool. Views were beautiful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Aloft never disappoints. I always seek them out whatever location I visit. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy. Hotel right off the beach within walking distance. Clubs, bars, restaurants all in walking distance of Hotel Zone. Staff was professional, courteous, and helpful!!

Loved the stay. Had a great time enjoying all the hotels amenities. Everything was great. No complaints from our way. We definitely will stay again. Aloft hotels never disappoint!!

Perfect Location for beach and party at night, excelente staff service and good instalations in the hotel.

Breakfast was very simple to few options for tourists, maybe its good for locals but not for tourists especially if you need to eat well before having a heavy day on your tours.

Lovely hotel at a great location close to the center of the hotel zone. The roof top was a great place to relax. The hotel also had a pool table, which was fun. Very helpful and friendly staff. It was good value for the price I got it for.

Choice of TV channels could have been better. Most channels in Spanish. Not enough English speaking channels or at least sub titles.

Almost no options to dry your clothes, just a small rack above the toilet where it took 2 days to dry. The ticking clock on the nightstand was annoying and it couldn't be unplugged. The charging port in the room was dirty and sticky.

Location was above our expectations! Room - lit bit outdated but we made a lot of fun from screeches on the bed boards. Sound and light insulation was perfect. And we had the best cleaning lady - Lumey!

Maybe it was our bad luck but twice we went for breakfast and had to wait for coffee so we went to Starbucks.
