Hyatt Ziva is hands down our favorite hotel in the Cancun Hotel Zone, and the Turquoize Tower is where we always return. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth, luxury, and the kind of hospitality that keeps us coming back year after year. The resort offers a great selection of restaurants that truly cater to every craving, and the variety of activities for both kids and adults makes it perfect for families and couples alike. One of the best new additions to the hotel is The Den—the staff there are some of the kindest and friendliest people we’ve met. It quickly became one of our favorite places to relax and connect with other guests. That said, Tres Cervezas holds a special place in my heart. The food is fantastic and there’s always something fun going on at night—karaoke, live bands, and even the Manny Pacquiao fight while we were there! But what truly sets Hyatt Ziva apart is the staff. Our Turquoize Tower butlers this time, Alejandro and Jazer, were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond helping us schedule dinners, reserve a cabana, and make the most of our stay. Diego and Ivan—two other incredible butlers we’ve had in the past—always remember us and take the time to catch up, which just adds to that “home away from home” feeling. Staying in the Turquoize Tower is a dream—it’s adults-only and gives you access to the rooftop infinity pool with breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean. It’s quiet, peaceful, and just the kind of reset you need. Thank you, Hyatt Ziva, for always making it so hard to leave and giving us something to look forward to. We can’t wait to return again soon!

My recent stay at Turquoize at Hyatt Ziva Cancun with my wife was truly exceptional from the moment we arrived until our departure. The level of service we received was unparalleled. Special thanks to Oscar, Rubelsi, Francisco at the front desk, and Leonell for their remarkable assistance throughout our stay. The entire team, including Nina from the dolphin area and the entertainment team, were not only great but also very respectful. This was my third visit to this hotel, and without a doubt, we will be returning again. The food was impeccable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.

It was our 2nd Time staying at Ziva. The Staffs are all very friendly. We are very grateful to our Butler “Emmanuel “. He is sincere and absolutely professional! We like Ziva a lot, because it is elegant, and you can take good pictures almost everywhere . All restaurants including the Ice cream place are excellent.

The only thing that I think can be improved is the Steak House. The food was good, but it was too dark during dinner time, and we couldn’t even take good pictures. I remember it was brighter 2 years ago during dinner time.

Loved everything about it from the moment I arrived till the day I left. I had my own butler communicating to me through text, checking in on me, making sure I was okay everyday and they were not overwhelming communicating to us. They were actually really helpful when I had questions about anything and they were very attentive to respond. Every staff that helped us were super excellent! Bell boy- Erick, Desk - Francisco, Discova transportation- Fernando C. , Butler- Nayely, Activitie- Daniel. Even our taxi driver going back to the airport. Loved the whole all inclusive packet we got!

Water was going out of our shower door, the shower seals could use some work but it wasn't like bad that it ruined my stay.

Loved the location, the view from the room, amenities . Anna and Rubelsi were great butlers. They decorated the room and brought in Cake and Champagne as one of us celebrated birthday. They drew a bath upon request and were there for all questions and arrangements like dinner or SPA reservations. Loved the in room breakfast as a great way to start the day. we enjoyed the Italian and the Asian restaurants the most. Great quiet room and great service. We are sure to return.

if you really want adult only experience, you may be disappointed as the two Hyatt's are fully connected with shared restaurants, activities and entertainment. We didn't mind since our quarters were very quiet so evenings were not a problem.

Staff was excellent, the restaurants were clean and excellent on variety of dishes served, this hotel was excellent and i will recommend to others.

I couldn't stay longer at the hotel and on vacation

Hyatt Ziva pleasantly surprised us, with an entire village of restaurants, shops, candy/dessert shop, cafe, swimming pools and dolphins! Our butlers Alessandra and Eladio were beyond amazing and took care of all of our needs. It was a splurge but I would do it again. The food at the Moongate (asian) and the Tradewinds (steak) was of excellent quality. the rooftop pool at Punta Vista was also amazing.

Drinks weren’t that great. Chevy’s restaurant and the buffet weren’t a hit.

I have been to this location multiple times and still haven’t had a bad experience! Staff is super friendly and helpful! Food is good, all types of different restaurants, drinks are great! Overall 10/10

Beautiful location, spectacular beaches, clean, well maintained. Infiniti pools —3 —are gorgeous. Rented cabana for three days and it was heavenly. Our butlers -David and Marissa-were the icing on the cake. We were celebrating our anniversary and came back to room to find rose petal heart, cake, anniversary banner and balloons!
