The Bangkok Palace Hotel was fantastic for our recent 4-night family vacation in Bangkok. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were happy to see the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, keeping everyone in the family satisfied each morning. The location was perfect for us - convenient to shopping centers, which was a big win for the family! It's important to note that our room was clean and comfortable throughout our stay, and we didn't encounter any of the issues with cleanliness mentioned in some other reviews. Overall, considering the price, the Bangkok Palace Hotel provided excellent value and a positive experience for our family vacation. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Bangkok.

Crowded

If You like hotel with nineties look, like i do, this is for You. If You are looking for more modern, stay away. Hotel staff is very kindly and all reaponses were very quick. Hotel has good pool and gym. Restaurant at lobby is good for coffee only, you can buy food but i dont recommend. Breakfast is good, wide selection of choices. Overall, value for money is good. Bangkok is getting expensive nowadays.

Few stains in sheets, did not bother me but someone may have issues...

They had a decent gym.

The gym could use some updating and a couple of employees followed me up to my room when I guests came in with me the first few minutes after I booked two rooms and harass that guests I guess they thought she hadn't paid or something when I paid for both rooms and he wasn't made me very uncomfortable and it felt stalkerish that they even knew she was in there after the first few minutes I arrived. Also I'm really tall and I had to duck in the hallways it is an older building but it is very beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at the Bangkok Palace. Obviously an older hotel, it was what I was looking for. Charm and personality. Staff were efficient and friendly. The lobby restaurant was a pleasant experience. I think previous reviews about cleanliness and staff attitude are made with malicious intent. I will visit again. Nothing. Excellent value for money

Extremely satisfactory. And the food was also delicious with many varieties. Room was also so clean and great for a very pleasant stay

Better if the reception staff were educated to speak in English and to support the clients to direct certain locations in Bangkok and how to travel. because most of the tourists doesn’t know much to travel and find the greatest locations

We liked everything i.e., hotel location, services, breakfast, pool facilities and the most important part is well behaved hotel staff. I been there in same hotel in 2019 with my friends and this time i suggested them to book the room here.

Everything is good nothing to dislike as we got everything that we were expecting.

Very nice hotel at a good price, Restaurant was 24 hours so you can order food anytime of day.

Mostly Indian Restaurants and bars nearby which is not a problem but i feel is something anyone booking should know.

They had a gym, and restaurant.

I had to duck in the hallways and I am 6'9. It was substantially shorter than modern building code, but very beautiful. The gym should be open later, and it was inconvenient.

Indian corner was good, but need add few items. But value for price.

No service for requests, if they can add and add extra will be fine. But depend on guest requests.

The hotel lobby is v ethnic thai. The rooms are good size. The cafe counter in lobby offers some good bakery. Good sleep. Close to markets.

The breakfast has mostly indian options.
