This is not place for romance, but for family or friends time. We got very nice, big room with proper bed for our kid. Hotel is big, but having appropriate size SPA area with big pool, several Jacuzzi, small pool for kids + extra small hot pool to keep warmth for the little ones. For adults proper SPA area, saunas etc. All clean, modern enough. Better than I expected. Not too crowdy even in Winter holidays time. Breakfast also was ok, enough options to choose from.

Only minus we felt was very small and uncomfortable pillows, but overall it was very good value for money we paid!

It is a nice hotel and the rooms are clean and specious. Nice pool area, not crowded. Good value for the money.

Restaurant kitchen closes at 20:30. Yes, you read that right, after 20:30 you can't order dinner in the hotel restaurant. The lady that works in the restaurant also tends to ignore everyone, we were patient but there was another family that left after waiting for 15 mins and not approached. The food is fine, but I would never take that overall experience again. The only water slide in the pool area opens at 17h in the afternoon. Want to go to the pool with kids in the morning? Toosche. Overall with a few simple changes and staff mindset change this would be a great place to stay. Now it gives a kind of a socialist vibe.

We visited in early June - so it was quiet in the hotel and surrounding area - despite having lovely weather. The hotel was fantastic, clean, modern, lots to do, we didn't use the Spa but from what we saw of the facilities - it was great, plenty of treatments on the list. Used the restaurant for breakfast and it was really nice - lots of choice and food was fresh. I would have no hesitation in staying there longer - would recommend based on our stay.

There was nothing - not to like from our stay.

This is the second time at ASA and we would definitely come back! The hotel is so nice, friendly staff and too many options for spending a nice time indoors, which is a great option that is really suitable for the Estonian weather!

My husband upgraded the room from standard to castle view rooms in the first floor, which was smaller than the standard room and I wasn't able to breath well there! So we went back to the standard room without claiming the difference as it was much better than the castle room!

It was our second holiday. We like the spa centre very much. It is convenient that you can go swimming without going outside. The child likes it very much. Good breakfast. The choice is not big, but enough.

The rooms are cool. There is not enough heating. The room already requires cosmetic repairs.

Everything, the staff were nice and professional. The facilities were nice, the playing room is really amazing.The breakfast is absolutely delicious.

The ventilation system seems to not be working properly, everywhere! the whole place would feel boiling hot, the room for example was really warm and no ventilation.

The staff was very nice and accommodating, they would answer any and all questions asked. Sauna and swimming area was clean, equipped with towels for sitting in the sauna. The time window for getting breakfast is reasonable.

The flooring and bathroom door were a bit worn out. There were no slippers to use in the room. The breakfast menu item selection is a bit lackluster. The official check in time is a bit late for me, however the staff let me into my room earlier as it was unused before me.

The room was nice and clean, bathroom was clean, the room was quite big with big TV, good breakfast, nice playroom for kids, spa was very nice - big pool for swimming, kids area and saunas.

There were no extra pillows in the room, balcony was dirty and chairs on the balcony were also dirty, no blackout curtains.

If you are looking for a relaxing experience, this is the palace to go. Breakfast are more than generous, SPA area with pools and saunas are great. And If you happen to have room with a view to castle and bay you might enjoy your stay even more. Also island is a great for cycling enthusiasts, low traffic and good quality roads.

Very good location, close to the castle and the beach. We got an extra bed for teenager for free. The breakfest was good.

The main pool was quite cold, some saunas after even 1.5 hours from starting to heat (we were informed about it so we went later) it was too cold too for us.
