Stunning location within the moat system of the Kuressaare Castle. Charming small hotel. Friendly, service-oriented staff. Good breakfast with great coffee. Double room was large and comfortable with a view of the castle and a balcony. Close to restaurants. Reasonable price.

No AC, no lift. These were not serious issues for me but could be (especially the lack of air conditioning) significant in other circumstances.

It was a truly nice trip to a hotel, which is perfectly placed in Kuressaare. Around you can find lots of interesting and historical places. Starting from harbour and finishing with an old castle! Personnel is totally professional and can help with any question applicable.

Potentially, the room might have had a better air conditioning options, since in summer it might be quite hot inside. The rest is more then nice!

Beautiful and historic manor house, in a picturesque location in the grounds of Kuresaare castle. Our room was very atmospheric, with its art nouveau design. Breakfast was a real highlight, as was the 3rd floor relaxation area. Staff were friendly and considerate.

It was the height of summer and the room got quite hot and stuffy. We found that leaving the window open and the ceiling fan helped however, and as it was so quiet it was fine to leave the window open at night (although with a bit of a mosquito risk).

The location is like in a fairytale, next to the forteresse. And only few minutes walk from the center. You can see swans from the room window. The delicious breakfast was prepared 'a la carte', and yet quite efficiently. The garden and the 'salon' were nice places for spending time outside our room.

The only thing I could mention is that sharing a balcony with other hotel guests is a bit uncomfortable. Maybe a curtain or some plants in the middle could serve to guarantee privacy.

Wonderful location between Kuressaare town center and the Castle. Beautifully restored manor home. The breakfast was great and made to order. The staff was very friendly and helpful. In short this was one of the coolest little hotels I've ever experienced.

The central location was great and the view from the terrace area was amazing.

There was no air conditioning, which made it quite difficult to sleep and the room was quite hot also during the day. Our room was located next to a street, so noise during early hours of the night carried inside.

Great experience, super helpful stuff, marvellous breakfast, location very good, everything was so well decorated and all places vere clean and enjoyable. We were so satisfied.

Only small minus was that there's no air conditioning and weather was very warm so nights were bit too hot.

Fantastic location with private parking. Idyllic rooms and hotel overall. Super breakfast Friendly staff Room 3 was great to stay with dogs when having own balcony and access to the yard.

We of course knew when we booked already that there is no aircon, when we stayed it was rainy/cloudy +20 degrees, if having more degrees room could have been uncomfortable hot.

A real authentic place to stay, right in front of the biggest attraction. Nice breakfast, nice outside area. You feel like you are in an other era

Everything was ok. There was a bit an awkward smell in the room coming from the old attributes, I guess.

Beautiful, old and very well located. Peaceful and incredible location next to Bishop's Castle. Very delicious and rich breakfast. Clean rooms, good free parking. Friendly staff. This hotel can really be recommended. Not suitable for disabled people due to stairs. Thank you to the entire hotel staff for a wonderful and creative vacation!
