Really nice outdoors pool, spa, breakfast, and staff. I really liked the outside pool area, the pool was around 22-23 degrees. There were also sunbeds. Not much spa/pool visitors during the day, so it felt the whole area was only for me. The breakfast was a buffee style. We enjoyed coffee, fish, fresh fruits, cakes, salads, etc. I had an issue with room ventilation, as it was quite loud and cold for my personal preference, but the administration and the house technician solved it very quickly. We really enjoyed going to the Kuressaare Castle park and seaside, it was a short walk from the hotel. I definitely recommend to visit Kuressaare.

Amazing modern cozy hotel with the best breakfast that i have even seen! They offered many local and homemade food like sea-bucktorn jam, syrops from local factories. They have small cozy spa. The outside pool is warm even in the autumn. Beautiful garden and good location. I liked the legens and interesting facts about saaremaa that were written in the spa on the walls. The price is very valuable - that’s why we alway choose only this hotel in Saaremaa.

Only i wish they had a finnish sauna 80C not in the changing room when can only be men or woman but one shared where the couple could be together - the rest is excellent

The room was quite large, tastily decorated and equipped with many things not usually met in hotels such as hair conditioner and body lotion. The bed was comfy and the bathroom, too. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, I especially appreciated the local foods. Although the hotel is in the very center of the city, it was quiet and peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful - we checked in quite late and also needed a separate bill the next day - everything was settled quickly and in every demand met the most helpful manner!

Although we checked in as a couple, there was only one coffee capsule in the coffee machine. Also, although we stayed for 2 nights, no new capsules arrived, so could not have the quiet morning coffee, just the two of us, as I have dreamed. A pity. The bathroom facilities also were not renewed. Believe me, some people DO take shower every day and also wash their hair daily.. The breakfast area was extremely narrow. Since we went to breakfast quite early, it was no problem, bet later when more people turned up, it was next to impossible to get to food trays since the crowds were just too big.

Spacious apartment with big sauna. Some bits and pieces were a little outdated, but overall very nice. A little kitchen corner makes it comfortable, when travelling with kids. You can cook yourself, all necessary basic items available. Beds and sofabed very comfy. Can fit 5 people and if needed then also plenty of room for extra beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely little spa (water a bit cold). During our spaa visit we ordered some beverages through their ordering system, but never received them (we were not the inly ones). Seems that this needs a little improvement. :)

Lack of tea/coffee facilities - I'm Irish we love our cups of tea!! Generally an issue across Eastern Europe not just this hotel

Although I'm a picky traveller, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way: check in was smooth and quick; I got massage booked instantly; used sauna and heated pools--one inside, another outside (in the morning the entire place was literally just to myself); restaurant--delicious food for dinner (much better options, in my opinion, than what one can get in town), and breakfast--OMG! I have not seen so many options anywhere so far and I have travelled the world. From pancakes, variety of eggs (boiled, fried, made into pastry, with spinach, etc.), cold cut meats, oatmeal, curd, cheeses, herrings and sprats of three (or was it four?) types, cereals, pastries, breads varieties, jams galore (dandelion syrup--yup, they have that! and it's yummy! sea buckhorn, they have that too), peanut butter, chocolate syrup, all kinds of condiments (pickles, pickled beetroots, pickled mushrooms, etc.), fresh vegetables and fruits. Of course, there is also a large choice of coffees and teas. Juice and water as well. The breakfast variety and choices are huge, indeed. Room has excellent pressure shower with shampoo, conditioner, and also very nice (non scented) body lotion. The mirror is high-tech--try pushing a hollow looking circle. ;0) Make sure you try out saunas--three varieties (two near the indoor pool) and one inside women's/men's shower rooms, and their warmed up pools are just a wonderful relaxation. Everything is close by, you don't have to leave hotel to get from your room to indoor room. Hotel also provides free robes (soft as bunny tails ;0). It's honestly one of the best hotels at a great rate (I paid so much more in Hiiumaa and got less than half of the services that this hotel provides). I would stay in this hotel every time I return to Saaremaa!

Walls are thin so one can hear quite well the neighbors (thankfully, mine were quiet).

Great location, delicious breakfast and good service! Spa zone is not very big, but it has 2 saunas in common are and one in changing rooms, 2 pools (inside and outside). it was nice time here but avoid crowds in peak hours. food was amazing, breakfast buffet included everything that I needed. also, we had dinners at the hotel restaurant and it was great too. we had dolce gusto coffee machine in the room and it was nice.

the room was spacious but the bathroom was too small. very small shower and it was attached to wall without any adjustable option. also, it is not enough hangers inside, or at least I need something to dry my sweatsuits and bathrobes. Just open hangers in the room would solve the problem. Also, it would be nice to have a cream/body lotion in the room and more shower gel.

Breakfast was good with a variaty of local delicates. The dining room is a bit crowded and small. The spa is very nice and outdoor pool is handy during hot days. Location is excellent.

The room was very small without proper space to place belongins. The bathroom door is just a sliding door with very little noice insulation. Also noices from the hallway was quite clear. The surfaces of the furnitures were a bit worned in our room, some upgrade would make a big difference.

The SPA was great warm water, breakfast was okay but not the best, lacked vegetables and vegetarian options. The location was amazing, right in the heart of old town. Beautiful sights.

There was no parking, since it was full. The breakfast had little vegetables and vegetarian options. The hotel room we originally booked smelled of mold and rot, the smell was unbearable. After having to complain to the reception for 40 minutes, we were allowed to switch rooms by paying extra.

Very good location of the hotel and a kind receptionist. Very varied and tasty breakfast. The SPA is not big, but there are 3 types of saunas and a pool. Also an outdoor pool. The room had a sauna and a well-equipped kitchenette.

I didn't like the living room because it reminded me of a basement. The window could not be opened and the room could not be ventilated. However, there was a path from the street to the hotel entrance right next to the window itself, and people passed by there from time to time. The SPA was a steam room that would have really benefited from some herbal or pine needle aroma.
