Location of the hotel was fantastic, small walk from the city centre, the SPA was very nice, staff were lovely and also beakfast buffet had a good selection. Also we arrived 2 hours prior and staff were nice enough to allow early check in.

Firstly on the website of the hotel there isn’t information on early check in, we didn’t know if it was at all possible or how much we would need to pay. Our room at a first glance was nice, but then we noticed that room curtains, sheets and shower curtain had specks of dirt on them. The shower was very small and uncomfortable, as well as the room didn’t have a possibility to change the air conditioning, it turned off in the night and again turned on in the morning.

The location is just super. The price for the room+spa+location is great. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious.

The shower cabin was a bit small even for a regular size person. Maybe there is a way to make it more spacious. Also, when fixing ceramics, I am sure there is a way to color the fixes so that one cannot spot them that easily. Breakfast "juices" were with a funny taste. Maybe too sweet and more like syrup than any kind of juice.

Overall really good value to the price! New building, nice little spa, just next to the sea. Very nice place to take a walk in the castle park. Totally recommended.

Breakfast didn't have enough vegetarian options. The warm options were sausage, beacon etc. and they couldn't offer anything vegetarian even from the kitchen, which is quite old fashioned. Our room had broken floor on the hallway which should be changed.

we had a great stay here. good parking, a 10min walk to the main street. beautiful view from the room. very soft and fluffy bathrobes. comfortable bed. amazing breakfast (they had almond milk and decent coffee). pool and sauna are open from 9am - 9 pm, wellness from 5pm. this stay was incredible value for money. sea view, breakfast and spa access included in the price for less than 70e/night. some thong were annoying us but would stay here again.

no fridge and no table in the room. only one chair in the double room. no sheets available for the sauna, only tiny towels available in the pool area. our room (216) was above the smoking area so we had to keep closing the window when someone was smoking.

The location is excellent. The spa is very nice, with jacuzzi and several different saunas and pools.

For this money (like 140 euros pro night) the room is too modest and poor equipped. The design is too formal, you feel no hospitality, like in the simple dormitory. At least some pictures on the walls, tea and coffee facilities would be fair to suggest to the guests. There is a robe for spa, but no home shoes, at least simple cheap ones… very strange. And you should arrange more tables in the breakfast room and the second coffee machine. To wait for the table and after that in the line for coffee is not very helpful for the mood in the beginning of the day…

SPA zone was lovely very nice looking. There are 4 different type of saunas. One shower had a nice features (tropical rain, carribian storm, cool fog and spring rain). Swimming pool, jacuzzi etc..

We had a Superior Double room which in our opinion was not superior at all. There are no kettel in the room and no fridge (also it's not in a room description therefore we are not complaning ). Shower room was out of date despite was clean. We have noticed some areas in the hotel was referbished as looked as new. Such as reception, lounge, corridors but not the room itself. Overall we had a good stay.

Spa area was freshly renewed, nice and relaxing with plenty of saunas and massage pools. Picturesque seaside view from the room and good variety at breakfast with plenty of room for seating. I also enjoyed classical massage for 60 min, it was good quality.

The room was a bit cold due to lack of any insulation for windows and balcony door. Also would expect more comfortable bed and bed clothing for 4star hotel than the existing old ones and some extra pillows could be stored in the cupboard.

Spa was amazing, really nice and welcoming staff, also breakfast was good.

It was a little bit noisy, walls were thin thats way in the evening we can hear what was happening in the next rooms and they where loud. Also there where separte beds sticked together, was not comfortable for a couple, but despite all above the stay was amazing ☀️

Our hotel room was with a view of the sea. You can use spa unlimited time (full spa from 17.00, in the morning only swimming pool and one sauna). Nice breakfast and also had option of nut milk. Billiard option for extra pay.

Unfortunately, there was no minibar and shampoo/lotion in the room. While the reception, spa and other public space look renovated, the room was a bit dated, especially bathroom.

The staff was flexible, friendly and professional. Thanks to them, I had a great time!

I had trouble with walking, I would have needed more support. The SPA area did not include all the necessary elements, in stairs, in going to the pools, the Finnish sauna had no supportive elements : steps/stairs
