Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, comfortable beds, very nice bathroom. We stopped here for one night on our Archipelago Ring Road cycling trip. Hjalmar's was a great location for us. We only ate breakfast here as coincidentally we had family members sailing in the Archipelago and they managed to reach the nearby guest harbour exactly the same evening we stayed at Hjalmar's but otherwise we would have definitely had dinner here, the restaurant looked great.

There was nothing we didn't like

Spacious room, spacious bathroom. Lots of natural light to our room. Newly refurbished. Super friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of parking on site. Supermarket across the road. Short drive to ferry wharf.

Included breakfast was a cold breakfast. This one is our fault - but just a heads up that the on site restaurant closed earlier than we expected, so we recommend being more organised about dinner than we were.

Great location in the centre of Korpoo. Lovely different sized rooms with private bathrooms. There's a small kitchenette where the self service breakfast will be provided, there is also a fridge, coffee machine, toaster and a microwave that guests can use. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the small-ish kitchen area or on the terrace. The owners were really helpful for tips around the area and the restaurant they run in the same building was a good option for dinner. There's a grocery store next door as well.

The family room provides spacious comfort with a huge modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and responsive. Dinner in their restaurant was delicious. We really enjoyed having coffee and the delivered breakfast in our room on our schedule.

Breakfest delivered to the room. Very good and original place to stay. Extremely nice staff and also restaurant. It fits the price and it is good for the location. There are not many other options around anyway.

It is a bet cheap inside - shaky table, painted wallpapers. It could be a bit more authentic.

The spacious room with plenty of flat surfaces to put bags and packing cubes. The air conditioning was great. Everything was very comfortable. The owner, Mina, was exceptional! Very friendly and knowledgeable. She is clearly passionate about her business.

We had access to the little terrace/patio, which was great, but it got very warm in the sun and on the asphalt. Having access to an umbrella or sunshade would have made the space much more comfortable.

Comfortable beds and private bathroom, kitchen was convenient.

The entry hall from the front door to the rooms was cluttered and not very inviting but once you're into the residence area it is nice and clean. There doesn't appear to be a sauna.

Everything. The place, the room, the calm and the beautiful restaurant and excellent food. A special thank to Minna and Tage for their great hospitality. We would only recommend this place.

Nothing

The service was excellent. We forgot something in our room and they sent it back to us with a card and some chocolate. The restaurant was great and they had a fun quiz in the evening.

We had two separate beds and they both were worn out.

Nice staff, good location pretty close to ferry to Åland. Food was excellent. As well as the breakfast which was pre-prepared for the rooms. Easy to eat in own timetable as the restaurant was closed in the mornings.
