Rooms were nice and fresh. They had everything you need for a spa getaway. I really like the spa itself I thought it had everything a spa should have. I like that you can take drinks with you to the pool from the pool bar. Also, breakfast was really good.

Although breakfast was really good, getting dinner at the same place (Le Soleil) is really not worth the price for what you get. The pool bar (Havana Bar) has extremely overpriced food and snacks that are really bad (except fries). If you really want to stay in hotel for dinner I would recommend choosing restaurant Tammikellari, otherwise I would recommend just going and explore Naantali's local restaurants. Especially when the town centre is barely 15 mins way by foot. Worst case scenario go to Hesburger at least you get your moneys worth.

We loved the sea view from our room in the adjacent building. The nature trails around the hotel were ideal for hiking & biking. The gym & spa are big and offer a great variety to train and relax.

The style is rather old fashioned. The breakfast buffet was not as we are used to in other 5-star hotels in Europe. The service & communication was not perfect. The little train shuttle to the harbour should be included for hotel guests.

Fantastisk location, nice large room with balcony and a view on the garden with a pond and ducks. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of healthy choices. The pittoresk little port with cafés and restaurants and the old town with beautiful wooden houses are in walking distance, but you can also rent bicycles or take the bus to get around. Great starting point to explore the archipelago. Short way to Turku.

It would be nice to have a refrigerator in the room. It is a really nice hotel, but you pay for the location.

Our rooms were comfortable and close together. The gym was full of the machines we required. The pool was vast with lots of spa functions. There were lots of options.

I'm afraid that the target audience for his hotel is not a family with teenagers. We found things to do but it was very much a therapeutic retreat for older people.

very family friendly with lots of playgrounds for children, also the pool available for children was a big plus

the rooms can be upgraded a bit, they have kind of old design, also the shower does not work perfect as you have to clean the water on the floor afterwards. also the air conditioning not working. the breakfast in the morning is very poor, typical finnish food bit for turists I think the breakfast can be continental as not everyone likes to eat sausages first hour in the morning. there is no coffee machine, no available espresso machine, only filter coffee, this should definitely be improved.

We were happy to visit Moominmaa. The waiters in the restaurant"Tammikellari" were very hospitable. The size of room was big.

We should ask about bed for our daughter. In the bathroom we had problem with water and drying. After shawer in the evening the water was on the floor around the bathplace. And at the morning it doesn't disappear.

The room was renovated, spacious and quite clean. The kid's sofa had been prepared nicely (I had indicated it separately when making the booking). Though it was a bit squeaky, they didn't complain. The area is beautiful and we really enjoyed the spa and the pools. The kids got their bathrobes and slippers from the spa reception. The hotel staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.

My biggest complaint is that our room was not cleaned on the second day and the trash was not taken out, this did spoil the good first impression. The buffet dinner was way too expensive for the food variety provided. Very crowded during breakfast, people were standing in line for a while to get their hot food. The breakfast itself is ok but nothing special.

The view from the room was absolutely gorgeous.

Walking from the annexe building to the main building where the spa is required to carry with us bathrobes and towels. It would be much nicer if the guests could get those at the spa. Not everyone takes their bags big enough or not too big to carry with these items.

Possibility to have drinks sitting in the pool is exceptional. We loved it and will be returning visitors for this feature alone! Also the Italian food was super high quality even if not cheap. Overall the hotel premises felt luxurious.

Service at the Italian restaurant was slow and felt like no waiter owned the table. Poor options for lunch.

Beautiful location, pools were clean and nice, pretty lobby area, close to downtown Naantali. Great breakfast! Kind staff. Nice to have a fan for the room.

Not very good food in the Bistro restaurant. No A/C unit to cool hotel room.
