Very nice and cozy studio apartment, equipped with a multitude of amenities and lovely extras such as specialty coffee, an instax camera to use during the stay, a tote bag to use and keep as a memory, yoga mats and gym access cards. Wonderful central location, with bus stops right in front of the accommodation to go in every possible direction around the town, but also within walking distance from a great amount of attractions and historical buildings. The online customer service was great, always and promptly ready to help and very kind.

I had a room facing the street/main square, so it could get a little bit noisy at times from the outside, but it wasn't a major deal, just something to be aware of. Unfortunately the luggage locker room is quite small compared to the amount of apartments in the building, so finding an empty locker to store your luggage (if needed) is almost impossible. You also need to get lucky with finding an empty washing machine, as only 2 of them are available, but this is also not a priority for everyone. There are 2 washing machines and 2 dryers and otherwise the washeteria is well equipped and you can borrow all sorts of extras you may need during your stay (and if something's missing, asking the online customer service will promptly solve the problem).

The accommodation is accessible very well. The room was beautifully and modernly furnished, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. There were lots of surprises in the room - we were given an Instax with a film, excellent coffee to make in the French press, cards to visit the fitness center in the neighborhood, there was a charger, hairdryer, iron etc. The owner obviously puts a lot of thought into making visitors happy and helping them spend time on the go. At the same time, he is working with nearby businesses (breakfast is at cafes in the area). Very nice, very much appreciated this approach! The accommodation is without a reception, but the hotel communicated with us via WhatsApp and actively asked if everything was ok. When we wanted to turn off the air conditioning for the night, we were promptly advised how to do it. Great service.

Unfortunately, the accommodation does not have opening windows, ventilation is only through the air conditioning (but it can be turned off, perhaps for the night). If you buy breakfast together with the accommodation, the full price for children is charged.

Clean, spacious, with dining table, thoughtful facilities including fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, water bottles - coffee/tea selection with kettle/coffee maker, decent size TV with cable, retro C64 games console, charging leads, power adaptor, old-style instamatic camera, firm mattress and plenty of pillows - lots of conveniently/placed power sockets - and hair-dryer - tasteful decorations. Entry/exit security codes - just like living in your own flat - with stairs and an elevator.

The best location in Turku, nice facilities and added touches, handy self check-in, stylish studio with cool furniture etc. There was even a French press and ground coffee waiting to be brewed. Laundry machine was great to wash some clothes on our long travels. The internet connection was fast — my spouse needed it for working. And finally, it was excellent value for money.

The air conditioning/ventilation was blowing a little cold all the time even if AC turned off. There was no night table by the bed. And lastly, ideally the PIN codes should be different (one for the outer doors and separate one for the room) — the location has a lot of traffic and all kinds of elements, so this would increase security.

Very comfortable, very clean, perfectly cosy beds! A lot of small details to make your stay really special. Super central, view on Turku market place. Everything is walking distance. Bus for the airport is across the road. There is the possibility of leaving the luggage before check-in. We loved our stay. Staff's response to enquiries via WhatsApp is very fast.

I found the check in online a bit lengthy. You receive so many emails that you loose track of the important stuff : I suggest a screenshot of the confirmation code and the door code. They are the 2 things you really need. We rebooked a room 1 week later and having it done once and being in the system made everything much smoother.

Since everything was digital, it was very easy to have access to the hotel and the room. The gym and breakfast partnerships were great. It helped getting a notion of what are the local places and what it is to live in Turku. The place was very clean. Loved the decoration and how they incorporated Finnish brands. The board with postcards, stickers and Polaroid camera was a very nice detail. The view from the room to the main square was super nice!

Once you set an arrival time on the platform, if you arrive earlier, you can't open your room. You might have to write to the chat, so it might take a while. There wasn't an elevator when we visited due to renovations, so hopefully is ready soon. The polaroid camera was empty, so we couldn't take pictures.

Very pleasant room and aspect. Location could not have been more central

We found out two days before that the lift was being renovated and wouldn’t be able to be used. We were on the 6th floor with suitcases. Although the very shaky lift was only out of action once in our experience it could have had quite a negative impact on our stay. The keyless entry was good in theory but our code only worked to let us in the front door, not the intermediate or room door. This was rectified in an hour which was not ideal but we got in, in the end. There is something nice about having a person at your accommodation and we missed this.

The LOCATION. Nothing can beat it..right in the middle of the city. The check-in was smooth. We wanted to keep our bags since we arrived early and they had a luggage room which was convenient. The rooms are very clean, the staff was very caring and always there to help. Everything in the room is well thought of and the perks like complimentary gym etc work really well. Loved the idea of the little stickers, something that you can take back along with you. I highly recommend staying here. The next time we stay here it'll be longer for sure.

Location is ideal for visiting Turku sites. Everything walking distance including great riverside cafes and restaurants. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean, although the shower grout could use a good going over. Great shower and hairdryer.

Windows are sealed shut so there is a constant stream of air coming in throuh the vents. You can control the temperature (sort of) but how can constant heating or cooling be the sustainable choice? Plus it’s noisy. This is a hotel with a lot of rooms but only one rather small elevator.

great location, easy to access, tourist-friendly arrangement like they allow us to use the instant camera to capture our moments in turku / hotel, provide tote bag for use, Turku postcard for memorable trip etc. I will definitely re-visit next time when I stay in Turku =]

locker room for luggages we stayed there 3 days, but we never find available lockers........ i thought there are around guests of 4 floors staying in their apartment, unfortunately, there is only 1 locker room for luggage storage, and there are ONLY like 10 lockers -.-'''''' suggest if you can add some lockers in other available room , for your consideration. But other than that, this apartment is all good.
