In the middle of the city, right by the Market square ( never tasted so delicious straw- and raspberries). Good size room, comfy beds with soft pillows, fridge and safe in room. Great breakfast.

The small window had been closed off so there was no way to get get fresh air in. Although the ventilation worked well it would have been great to open the separate, quite narrow window. A s all minus.Our room was on te 8th floor. I was a bit disturbed by the ninth floor bar above us after midnight. My husband heard nothing but i’m a very, very light sleeper

The place of the property in the city was very good. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The facilities were great. The breakfast was very good. You could find a lot of delicous food. The room has air conditioner. The bathroom was very comfort and clean. Tv in the room was very good. The bed was large and comfortable. The view of the room was good. There was a department store next to the hotel. The lobby was very good with good coffee. If I go back to Turku, I would like to stay in this hotel again.

The coffee in the breakfast could be better. If you came to breakfast at 8:45, the staff was removing break fast foods. The price was high. It is a hotel, so it would be more comfortable if you can have the breakfast until 9:30.

The facilities (fridge, kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, lots of space to hang/organise clothes, luggage bench, bedside table each side, chairs and table, amazing lighting system - ambient lighting, dimmer - easy to use). Big rooms. Loved the little climbing men coat hangers. Nice bathroom with privacy curtain for toilet. Clean carpet. Very good looking room design. Brilliant TV - easy to use and good selection of programs and online resources. Amazing tasting food - breakfast, dinner. Roof Top bar a plus. Great decor throughout the hotel.

No milk provided. Could have provided more coffee and tea in room. Bedding was stained. Lifts and toilets outside your room only work with key card which makes it more difficult for customers to move about.

The staffs were so friendly and assist the guest well as much as they can. The breakfast buffet is so good. I’m sure i’ll come back and choose the Hotel Sokos

The toiletress. No toothpaste and toothbrush extra compared to other hotel I was in but it is so minor but there should be extra coz sometime tourist want to stay only overnight and maybe they will forget it to bring this thing.

Perfect location, lovely staff, extremely clean and comfortable. We were traveling in a group of 4, and loved our room. Very spacious, as well as the bathroom. But the cherry on top was the breakfast! It was delicious, lots of options for many dietary preferences, and I will definitely be dreaming about it often. We want to come back :)

great room, very nice staff, 24hr reception, one of the best breakfasts we have had in Finland. Great location too

The parking is a nightmare - the entrance is on the other side of the block, it is shared with a nearby supermarket so one has to go through it to get out and then go out and around again to reach the hotel.

The hotel is right in the centre of Turku off the main square. There are 2 underground carparks that have access to the hotel so ideal.

The windows in the bedroom were sealed so you could not get natural ventilation. Thinking that’s perhaps because of the extreme weathers they must get in the winter.

Nice staff, good breakfast, clean rooms, nice view. The beds where comfortable and the decor nice. In general a good experience.

I was not a fan of the hours for the sauna. I was really hoping to be able to go to a sauna while in Finland, but the sauna was only open for women at dinner time (18.30-20), so i didn't get the chance.

The staff was wonderful. The bed was comfortable & the hot water was good. The hotel is in a good location & was very quiet.

The water pressure could have been better & there was a strange smell in the bathroom. But none of this was distracting from our stay.
