Having stayed at Radisson Blu hotels before, we were looking forward to the breakfast, and Radisson Blu in Turku did not disappoint! Breakfast was served in a large and busy room, but the staff were very attentive at clearing tables and providing coffee as soon as we were seated. The choice of breakfast items from self-serve counters was extensive, and there remained a good selection right up to the end of service. The reception staff were very helpful in dealing with all our enquiries, provided us with umbrellas for our walk into town when the heavens opened, and arranged for free passes on the bus to take us back to the airport. As a additional bonus the bus stop was directly outside the hotel. The free coffee in the lobby for loyalty card holders was also appreciated.

Amazing location at the Aura river. Many diferent cuisine around and in the hotel, and boat trips and shopps just a couple of minutes away. Friendly/helpful staff. Awsome beds and roomy space. Very clean. Breakfast was good, with choices for everyone. If dont want to use taxi, downloading the city transport app "Föli", can buy dayly/1time tickets for buss or waterbuss for few €.

There was some small flies around the table at breakfast. I understand that it was midsummer and hot, but anyway, they are just anoying.

The staff are generally very friendly & helpful. They allow dogs & although there's a surcharge, they gave us a whole load of stuff for my dog, including a bag of food, some treats & a feeding mat inclusive. The hotel itself is very nice too, all high quality facilities, comfortable beds, various pillows, secure parking, modern TVs you can stream to & everything you can think of. It's not especially cheap but it's quality.

Honestly no problems at all from me, a good experience

Nice hotel with huge rooms, located directly at the river. Lovely view on the river and the big red windmill on the opposite hill. Little welcome table with fresh water and some sweets in the lobby. Live music in the evening. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. Close to a lot of great restaurants. Almost everything is close by and can be reached easily by foot.

The curtains are not the best because the room is still flooded by lights during the night - not from the street lamps but from the bright sky when it's not getting dark at all.

Everyone in the staff was wonderful, really helpful and friendly! The room was large and clean with nice views. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices. The location was also very good with everything within walking distance.

The worst thing was the strong smell of mildew in the bathroom. Then there small irritating things like a broken window stop and a make-up mirror mounted way to high up and slightly broken. The whole building was probably nice looking in the early 1970s but now it's really ugly and worn down.

We stayed at the Marina Palace because my son had to undergo surgery in Turku. The staff couldn't have been kinder and more understanding, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room, besides being aesthetically pleasing, boasted every conceivable comfort. The hotel is in a lovely area and is also very central. I really look forward to returning to this hotel someday. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff, for a memorable experience. ❤️

Wonderfull hotel. The staff is so friendly and will go the extra mile to make life for the guest that much nicer. I arrived for 1 night before leaving for a weekend and the returning. It was no problem to leave 1 suitcase (that I did not need) with them. The card for the public transport is a nice gesture as well. Loved the 'guard dog' (pluche) that was sitting behind the front desk!

Excellent sauna in the suite. The bed was very big and comfy. The bathroom was spacious. I really enjoyed the view from the room. The breakfast buffet was great.

The television had motion smoothing on. That should be turned off. The light switches were also slightly confusing. At one point, my partner kept turning off the bathroom light while I was in there because he couldn't figure out which switch was which.

The location was excellent - and we went walking even though most things were closed due to midsummer celebrations. The food was excellent in the restaurant and for breakfast offering different choices even for my vegan daughter. The staff were excellent and helpful.

Location, lovely breakfast, bycicles, big room (twin room with river views), silence, the sauna, kind staff...

If I had to tell any inconvenience I would say some of the bicycles didn,t have a brake and you need to stop cycling backwards...
