Very spacious room. Location was great, in the middle of the city center with all facilities just 1 block away. Great restaurants in the area. Perfect for a family with a child or even two.

The elevator is very old and it seems to have only one sensor in the very bottom of the door, it closed and harmed us couple of time when getting in the elevator. Another thing was the doors opening system seemed to work randomly, a bit complicated for us that are used to this kind of automatic things, I cannot imagine how it would be for a couple of elders.

Everything is automated, there's no reception but it all works. Location is nice, right in the city centre, with many food options around. Room was nice, spacious and very clean. Bathroom was comfortable and looks like it was renewed recently, very nice. The room has some small ammenities, including a fridge, a kettle and a microwave.

The room can accomodate 2, but as a solo traveller it would have been nice to have a room just for one.

Clean and fresh room, well equipped with refrigerator, tv, kettle, tea/coffee and microwave.

The window was towards an inner court which was a bit boring. The entrance downstairs and the lift were worn down, a contrast to the room which felt newly renovated.

Good size room, mini fridge, microwave and kettle very handy.

Pull-out beds were not comfortable. No extra pillows or duvets left for those beds, despite booking as 4 people staying in the room. Difficult to find entrance.

the bathroom was clean, as well as facilities in General and room on arrival. temperature was warm, which I liked. compact design. very handy location in town center.

wifi connection was spotty. I would turn off time-to-time. Toiletries were lacking. At least put a clear warning that toiletries only include liquid soap. the bed was quite uncomfortable. especially pillows.

Great communication from the reservation team. Access instructions were accurate and were easy to follow. The room is now looking a bit dated but was spotlessly clean, well thought out and very comfortable. Having check out up to 12.00 is a great bonus. There are two nearby supermarkets opened until at least 22.00 every day and the main Turku station is minutes away on the same street. Just remember that there is no cutlery or plates in the room should you wish to heat food in the microwave or do a diy breakfast in the morning.

As the hotel is located on the upper floors of a building which has a small entrance the lighting in that area and around the keypad isn’t great at night.

We were two and we needed one comfortable bed as you advertised. But we found two tiny beds pushed closer, which kept on seperating at night, waking me up to realign then, that was terrible.

The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the railway station . This is a 3 star hotel with comfortable bed and Good shower room. All floors have lift access. The room was equipped with a microwave and fridge . The TV had local channels and the Wifi was good.

A couple of plates, some glasses and cutlery could have been provided to go with the microwave and fridge.

There wasn't any breakfast. I would like to have a map and some information of the city, not only use my Phone (it's a little bit boring to stare the phone all the time).

The shower, it was very nice, but there was water allmost all over the bathroom because the floor was so flat that the water could not drain away fast enough.

Every thing was great.

My body temperature always runs warmer, so I wish I could have air condition or a fan, but that’s just me.
