I've stayed in this hotel several times during work-related trips and keep returning to it. It has all the services I need: a cozy, clean, quiet, and well-equipped room. As a bonus, the bed is exceptionally comfortable, and I've always had a good sleep there. In my view, Omena Hotel managed to get the balance right - investing in the important things (cleanliness, comfortable beds, sound isolation) and ditching the unnecessary fluff (lobby, reception, etc.). The location is also perfect - just around the corner from the main square on the one side and a scenic walk by the Aura river on the other. It's really an excellent value for money.

It was very central and the entry was provided by a code, therefore you didn’t rely on much but the information that was provide to you in advance - which was fast and on time. The property was clean, the bathrooms were in perfect condition (very clean and new) and overall a cosy place to stay! One of my favourite hotels up to date for that price.

the hotel is centrally located, and it was easy to move around town. The rooms were extremely clean.

In my room the teas and coffees were not refilled . It could be better if every after 3 days the sugars and the rest be refiled every 3 days

The location was very good. The building felt secure.

I don't think a microwave, kettle and paper cups constitutes a kitchenette. There should have been a couple of plates, bowls and cutlery.

The entrance was little bit hidden what was ok, but smells quite bad And the mattres was clean from upperside but from the bottom a lot of stains and dirt😬 There were few hanger, but we missed at least one closet

You don't get any breakfast - though the company has agreed a deal with a nearby cafe. I didn't use this because the room had a fridge - I bought smoked salmon and rolls when I arrived from nearby supermarket for breakfast. If I'm not confusing Turku with the Tampere hotel, this one was better appointed, with a modern bathroom, and as it was a top floor room it had a very large roof window. Fantastic uninterrupted view of a stormy sky when I was there. Cosy and dramatic at the same time!

The entrance to the property was a bit out of the way in a sort of alley off the street. No real problem though. As with the other Omena hotels I used it was just a couple of minutes walk from the city centre.

The view!!! We saw Turku’s Cathedral from our window! 😍 The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable!

There wasn’t enough toilet paper for us… and normally you can ask for it but when there’s no one working on site… it’s OK we went out and bought some!

5 days period to clean the rooms is too much. Consider 3 days. Also leave enough plastic bags to throw dirty in

Brilliant location just yards from the main square in one direction and the riverside in the other. Room was spacious, light and airy with nice views. Basic accommodation, but well designed and laid out so we were very comfortable. Very clean too.

Very clean and with all the basics. The room is very confortable. The hotel is very well located, next to the river and to the center. The rooms are recently renovated. There's a little fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine in the room.

I'm not sure if I like the fact that you don't see staff in the hotel. I find it always nice when someone welcome you.
