All was very functional, clean and the property sent updates and reminders on check-in, available facilities, etc. Easy access and it’s right in the city center. The instruction leaflet in the room explains even in more detail so zero need to ask questions. There is a laundry room, only one washing machine but you can still wash your clothes, awesome! I met two different cleaners, they were both smiling, said hi and ofc did great work, the room and corridors are spotless. I loved the big desk area and did some serious letter writing there! Comfy for working on a laptop too, two people can sit side-by-side.

It’s something small but if you added 3-4 tea bags and some sugar, coffee creamer to the rooms, even if one arrives late can have a cuppa before bed. The supermarket is 2 minutes away so not a huge issue. Everything else is perfect

Couldn't be closer to the city center, and yet it was quiet and calm during the night. Easy checking in and checking out. Clean. All the needed utensils were there.

I got the apartment number half hour later than I should've - and it's me who'd reached out, wanting to check in. The coffee machine misbehaved - it leaked. No coffee, no tea available - one needs to bring their own. My windows faced the shopping centre and so I couldn't see the current weather (or the natural light).

Excellent location. Very close to public transport, shops and supermarkets. Very close to a lot of restaurants, lovely walks and city centre. Nice little apartment, homely, loved our stay.

We would have liked a lock from inside once we were in, although the key code was there, would have felt more secure. Anyway, this was very minor. There was no parking for the apartment, so that was costly if you have your own car.

Breakfast was just ok, limited items available for Forenom guests, arranged outside the hotel at Esspresso Coffee House located in the same building. Location is really great, walkable to most of the places & have frequent bus connections available from Market Square to almost all the other locations.

The hotel is super convenient to the vibrant cafe & restaurant scene along the Aura River. I'm a walker and even with a heavy backpack it was an OK experience walking into town from the ferry terminal. My room had a kitchenette that I underutilized because I was only there a couple of nights and ate out. There is a school converted to a brewery just across the street in one direction and a food market in the other. There is a wine shop in the same block. What else could be required? The hotel is located a block from the central square, where (at least in summer) there was a variety of outdoor coffee shops to get things going. That square is also the hub for the very good bus system.

The check-in could be quirky if you aren't used to that kind of thing, but even in a tired state of mind, I found it easy to navigate. The information I needed was reliably received by text. So nothing I didn't like, but just something to be aware of.

I loved the secured check-in and privacy of the hotel. Nobody without the access code would not intrude into the building. I also loved the location of the hotel directly at the center of the city.

No cleaner came to my apartment to do the cleaning and change the sheets or towels. So I assumed that was my responsibility?

The apartment was very clean when I checked in. It is well equipped and everything functioned well. The location is excellent, with well with several well-equipped supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. The hotel is on the third floor with an elevator.

It was mostly customer service. They made several mistakes with my reservations which took me several long telephone calls to make it right. Rooms should have at least some cleaning options during the stay (something I could borrow and return, for example).

Checking in and out was extremely easy. You receive a code that opens the doors, neither key nor card needed. The room was very nice and clean, spacious, and the bed was comfy. The kitchenette was well equipped and offered everything needed to cook a meal, but the hotel is located in such a way that you also have plenty of options to eat out. My room had a small table and two chairs. The bathroom was big and spotless, great shower! I rarely heard someone, very calm. You can do your own laundry in a separate room down the hallway, and they even provide free detergent and multiple drying racks. If you want to clean your room during your stay, you can use their cleaning supplies as well. I came with the ship, and it took me around 10 minutes by bus to get to the hotel. It's an 8-10min walk to the station, and within only a minute in the opposite direction, you're at the canal where you can sit and relax. Most attractions are close-by, and a shopping centre and a few supermarkets are within a 5min-walk.

The chairs, unfortunately. They're not made for people with thick thighs. :)

Clean, compact (all one can need in a limited surface), comfortable (bed a little small though and blankets could be thicker/warmer), easy to move furniture according to one's need/use (couple or family members or friends), floor heating in the bathroom, curtains blocking the light. Friendly reminder of check out time in the morning.

Our code did not work when we arrived at the hotel. We were lucky the watchman was doing his tour and helped us call the service and get a new code. It still took a good half hour, which seems long when you're tired after a long day. Check out time is a bit early. We would have liked to have an option of late checking (around 2pm for example, even for an extra fee!). Too many messages sent on my email !!! asking for ID details I had already given. Minimizing the number of emails would be a must. Also offering the option for emails in english as I stressed out everytime I received one (since I don't understand finnish and had to go through ggogle translate exach time. Quite unpleasant).
