Good location close to the new train station Logomo. Excellent instructions related to codes and keys upon arrival. A very good breakfast was included in the price, also gluten-free bread and porridge were available on request. Bed was comfortable and the shared toilets and showers were very clean and well-functioning. There was also a kitchen where you could cook your own food. You could watch TV in the breakfast room on the 4th floor, also in the evenings. Overall, the premises were in very good condition. Excellent value for money.

The wifi was sometimes unstable. There were thin walls between the rooms, but my neighbors were very quiet during the whole duration of my stay (six days).

I rated 9 considering the price-quality balance. The room was clean and silent. The kitchen was also clean. The kitchen has all the basic needs including refrigerator, microwave oven, oven and stove, plates and cutlery. The room has also all the basic needs: bed, table, chair, armchair and wardrobe. The shower and toilet are not in the room but there are few separate shower-toilet rooms. So the privacy is not a concern. The staff are kind and helpful: greetings with smiling faces and informative answers to the questions. It is also very nice that this kind of place serves breakfast included in the price. The served breakfast is very helpful for starting the day efficiently. They serve a quite good breakfast.

The facility and services are very good considering the price. But of course there can be improvements in some details. The kitchen is a bit small and not integrated with a sitting place. So you have to carry your food to your room or the sitting place upstairs after being ready.

The place is very cozy and clean, it feels like having a home in Turku, easy to find and next to the train and bus station. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the communication process for the chekin and key was smooth. Great breakfast.

The bathrooms closest to my room were right in front of the reception, so it was a bit uncomfortable to use them while there was staff around, but there are other bathrooms so no problem.

Very easy late check-in (door code and key box code sent by text message), convenient location in the city center close to the bus station, great value for money (clean, decent-sized room, breakfast included)

Comfortable bed, but a little bit narrow for me (<90 cm in width I would say). Loud snoring coming from the next room, but the neighborhood was calm. Breakfast was really early for a weekend (before 9:30 am), but great that it was even included in the rate! I was told during the booking process that luggage had to be picked up before 4 pm on the day of check-out, which was too early for me (I didn't check on site if that was really the case though).

Very central and close to anything. The staff are very kind and professional.

The parking for the car if you have a car.. It's a bit difficult to find one sometimes. So, one needs to prepare to spend money on parking and it's not cheap.

Very clean spaces and kind staff. I popped in and out a couple of times because I was in Turku for work and needed some time to wind down between meetings, and you could see that everything was well maintained and cleaned.

I think the breakfast could have used a couple of vegan options. There was plenty for people who eat everything or vegetarian, but something other than bread and jam would be nice!

Really convenient location right next to the bus station, and staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great and the hotel had everything I needed - was really helpful to have a kitchen to make an evening meal.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and I woke up with a bad back, but that was the only issue. Would likely still stay here again next time I'm in Turku. :)

Third time I've been in this hostel, cheapest place in Turku and probably the best value for money. Excellent position near everything, very clean, good homemade breakfast. Very essential but clean and well functioning furniture and facilities.

My only "complaint" is that the corridors can indeed get a bit noisy and that the walls are very thin and without insulation. The staff starts cleaning the empty rooms very early, which is of course very effective but a bit annoying if you're trying to sleep a bit later on a Sunday morning.

I liked the breakfast. It was available early and had a good range of options, was not wasteful, and the breakfast room was nice. My daughter, a vegan, found the options rather limited, but still found sth to eat. I also liked the friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Free wifi was provided.

This was in the 2nd floor and there was no elevator. The building itself and the interiors are kind of outdated. I did not like the design and found the bed far too soft and sqeaky.

The location is amazing, right next to the train station. The rooms were really comfortable and clean. Having an included breakfast is nice and the value was amazing. The staff helped us out nicely by providing us a second key through calling them after we checked in after reception hours. Lots of bathrooms

The soundproofing could be really bad, we were able to hear people speak in the room next to us and heard people (moving furniture very loudly?) above. Didn't bother us
