The location is excellent. Quiet even though is close to bus station, train station and boat station within 100m each. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Train from Helsinki airport or bus from Turku airport is 2 min walking from hotel. Easy access, easy use of hotel, simple hotel with basic needs. Supermarket is just 10min walking, city center is just 40 min walking by promenade (beautiful walk). Comfortable bed, clean room.

No baggage lockers - it would help with those who travel at night have some more leisure time after check out.

Perfect location if you arrive by ferry and need to leave by train. Mere steps to a bus stop that takes you to the city centre. Very clean and comfortable. No desk, so you don't get to meet the staff, but you can contact them online. There's a shared kitchen and pantry for guests. All in all, a very convenient place to stay.

Straightforward and functional for a short stay next to the harbour terminal. Nicw old building. Good breakfast and very quiet in October. Firm bed. Good free parking and electric scooters nearby for easy access to city. Helpful service and my request for additional cleaning of toilet after check in was immediately dealt with.

The room furnishing could have used a makeover. The room had a broken old floor lamp, which could have been removed. Shower adjustment was a bit difficult due to old tech. Some might find the window curtains s a bit inadequate for complete darkness. Walking distance to city center quite long although nice sceneries all the way.

If you arrive by the VIKING Line ferry, the building is located right across from the disembarkation dock, it’s ideal. The room is spacious. The building is close to the castle, which makes it perfect for a visit.

It’s a bit of a walk from Turku city center (about 20–30 minutes on foot), but the walk along the canal is very pleasant. There is no physical reception, but the hotel team is very responsive via WhatsApp.

Spacious and clean room. Location next to the ferry terminal great for early ferry departures. It was quiet despite the location. Fridge in the room, where we could place our breakfast as no food served at Hiisi.

I got multiple emails from the hotel as there is no reception (personnel). One for confirmation, one for payment details, how to check in, how to check out. Might be confusing to some travelers.

We extended our stay from one night to three nights on the morning of our initial check out. Soon after the new reservation I was contacted by the hotel personnel asking if we want to stay in the same room so we wouldn't need to move our luggage between rooms. I was pleasantly surprised by the attentive customer service!

For some reason there was no soap or shower gel in the room

This was our second time staying at the Seaport, it's great for before or after a ferry trip. It feels a bit on the older, less modern side, but the rooms are generously sized, everything was clean, in good/great condition and very comfortable with enough outlets. The beds/bedding seemed pretty new, and they were quite comfortable. The breakfast is pretty typical fare for Finnish hotel breakfast – nothing too fancy but everything was tasty, fresh and plentiful.

This was our second stay at this hotel within a week. We were on the return journey from Stockholms to Tampere, Finland via Viking Line ferry. Turku is the transfer city. In the coming journey, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock in the afternoon, and the old Castle was closed. My child asked me for a visit next time and I promised him. In Sweden, I booked the hotel again according to my previous experience. In the next morning after 12 o'clock, we checked out and I waited in the hotel hall, enjoying my book and the TV. It is an extraodinary feeling. I wish my child may one day become a waiter at this hotel, enjoying and relaxing life and work together. The waitress told me told me how to take bus to the city center for the train. Miss you all together.

The hotel’s location at the harbor is excellent. Right next to the viking line ferry but also very close to Silja Line. My room was spacious and it had a fridge and many finnish, swedish and german tv channels. From the hotel it is also easy to reach the maritime museum, castle and a nearby food store. The hotel is clean and in good shape, but you can see that the decor and style of some of the furniture comes from some years ago, if such things matter to you. For a stay to get to the ships easily next morning or when arriving from the ships this is a good location. The restaurant is open late, but not extremely late, so worth checking if planning for some midnight dininig.

Simple, to the point and located right next to the Viking Line Ferry Terminal. Easy access by bus into town (10) min. Hotel is a contactless property, don’t expect to interact with anyone working at the property. Keys are code based, check in and check out is contactless. Great location! Quiet! Simple! Clean!
