The hotel is excellent. I loved everything. The staff was very polite and ready to help. The room and other facilities (sauna, for example) were convenient, quiet and well-renovated. The location is very convenient: there are a lot of shops and restaurants around, and the ferry berth is just a dozen meters away. I also liked the breakfast: there were several options available and it was delicious. On top of that, the stay here was cheaper than in other hotels nearby. Definitely recommend.

I have nothing to complain about.

The hotel was located at a great location by the ferry dock and beach area. The host was friendly and we had a nice breakfast with a good amount of choices.

For the price, the room was basic. The blackout curtain/blinds needs to cover the whole window. It was bright in the room after dawn. The hotel restaurant menu looked good, but it was closed when were were there.

Amazing location and views from room 1 with a great balcony outside room. Great discount of 10% on food/drinks in the hotel bar/restaurant (not actually part of hotel so check with hotel if deal still on) - food was fabulous. Sauna suite for private use well worth it!

The topper mattresses were very warm. Not cheap but what one would expect for location/time of year.

Beautiful location just next to marina, open terrace, good breakfast, friendly staff. We had bicycles and could park them to a storage room (so no need to leave them outside). Simple, but cozy rooms.

Beds could be little wider. In twin room it could be good to have at least 2 chairs :).

Location. My room was quiet because not in the main building.

In the room television was in a strange place.Breakfast had nothing local just ordinary, ‘cheap’ food. Nothing personal.

Nice location in the middle of Nauvo. Breakfast good and dinner also very nice, best restaurant we tried in Hanko. Personnel also helpful.

Perfect location by the harbour. Great breakfast and very nice staff.

The rooms are maybe a bit old-fashioned but still very comfortable, it did not bother us at all.
