The breakfast was excellent. There was a good variety and the quality was good. There was a hot food section with the usual bacon, frankfurters and scrambled egg. Also a cold section with meats and smoked salmon. The bread and cereals were also fresh and a good selection. We had to leave before the 7am breakfast and requested that we be allowed to gather a few things before we left. Not only did they permit this but they provided some containers and even travel cutlery for us. That's the sort of care that makes guests want to return! We noticed a few comments about the apartments being cold. We found the little heater under the window did an amazing job of warming up the place quickly and with the sauna and drying cupboard in the apartment sometimes it was too warm.

My stay at Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality that set the tone for a memorable visit. The hotel’s location is perfect—right in the heart of Levi, making it easy to access the slopes, shops, and all the wonderful activities the area has to offer. My room was cozy and thoughtfully designed, and the private sauna was a fantastic touch, especially after a chilly day outdoors. Breakfast each morning was a true delight, with a wide variety of options that included delicious local specialties. The restaurant’s meals were equally exceptional, offering a taste of authentic Lapland flavors that I’ll never forget. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their attention to detail and genuine friendliness made all the difference. I can’t recommend Lapland Hotels Sirkantähti enough! It was the perfect place to experience the beauty and magic of Lapland, and I can’t wait to return in the future.

The family room we stayed was really comfortable and clean. There is a balcony which is very convenient for smokers. The sauna, although small was fine. Breakfast has a big variety of options. The hotel staff is very polite helpful and friendly. Definitely worth staying. When we decided to have a coffee break in the hotel, next to the reception, the receptionist lit the fireplace and a lot of candles without asking her, to help us feel cosy and comfortable.

Has a sauna inside heats up pretty quickly, almost all well equipped included plates forks cleaning supplies, good price since it included the breakfast n we had a super wide selection of breakfast which we enjoyed the most. Also very close to city center and ski rentals

Not very clear instructions on how to get to our apartment, we had to walk around 300 meters to get to the reception with our heavy luggages and on the snow as well so it was physically very tiring. Everything else was good

Friendly staff and fantastic breakfast! Room is large and comfy. We encountered some problems with the heater but the staff was quick to attend to us and fixed it promptly.

The property is fairly sparse and we had to walk a distance to get to our room. Not too convenient considering we had to push our luggage through the snow. Would be good if there are porter services that could bring our bags to the room.

Sauna in the room was amazing after a hiking trip.

I personally loved the retro Finnish feeling of the room. Also a sauna in EVERY room is a luxury AND for tourists an exotic local feeling. The breakfast was superb with the biggest offering I have maybe ever seen.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about almost everything in the local area. The in-room sauna is lovely. Breakfast is nice too. It is very easy to reach the slopes by ski bus. The airport bus is also very convenient.

The pillows are not comfortable.

Very good breakfast , reindeer tapas included, very diversified, lot of choices to choose from , sauna included in most of the apartaments, a very good break after the cold day spend outside . We had a little issue but the reception was very responsive and deal straight away . Very close of 🎿 ski, 5 minutes walk. Free parking . Petrol station and supermake opposite the building . Everything you need is there !!!!

The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. The sauna in the room worked really good, the beds were comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and it's available until 10. Products are fresh and local. It's really a pleasure to eat at Lapland Hotels. We had also a rich buffet dinner for twenty-five euro, we ate a lot of delicious food and we were really satisfied. Check out is at 11 am, which is convenient. Lots of parking space. Wi-Fi worked good as well. Nice gift shop near the reception.
