Breakfast was outstanding, better than in 90 % of top quality hotels in most countries where I have travelled regularly because of my job. Location was perfect, close to the city market place, yet quiet and clean surroundings in the charming city. The personnel was most dedicated and took great care of us. In the garage of the hotel, where I recharged my Audi Avant A6 Quattro, was spacious.

The elevator from reception to our floor was not large enough for us seven and our luggage, thus we have to wait during the morning checkout time. Staircases were numerous, though, so without luggage, we could have a healthy exercise.

This is a great option in Savonlinna, for location and from my point of view, maybe the best. You are near the places to visit, but in an island which is really nice to walk around, quiet and peaceful. I appreciated very much the chance to enjoy spa and sauna area, as well as dinner options at the hotel restaurant, really good quality food. Vuorinlinna summer hotel is cozy, and well maintained.

I liked everything. However, I was surprised that the curtains were not covering the whole surface of windows! This might not be an issue in winter, but in summer, if you are a traveller looking for some darkness, this would be the case. I recommend to bring your own sleep mask, just in case.

Wonderful location on the Saima-Lake and close to Linnasari-nationalpark. Friendly and welcoming hotel staff. Great reception staff. Great bar and restaurant. Lovely pool with friendly pool guard.

No pots or Frying-pans or plates/cuttlery in Apartment kitchen, some of hotel-rental-bikes broken and unsafe.

Close to everything, and the staff of incredibly helpful. The included spa and breakfast were very good. I will always try to book my stay here when coming to Savonlinna.

The beds are all single beds so it might be a bit uncomfortable, but definitely not a big deal. Overall we all slept very well.

I would say I like everything: rooms are clean, staff is friendly, the location is great, there are several choices for breakfast and I love that the hotel provide partly amenity kit because we were at 4 star hotels and they didn't even have it.

It would be great if the receptionist explain/ offer all services the hotel has.

Room was big enough and value for the money.

Breakfast was a chaos. there was no food left and we had to ask for more but the staff didnt really pay attention to it. Booking the hotel via vuorillan webpage grants you a free spa ticket which was not the case in booking.com booking. one of our group members had this experience.

There was some dust on the floor underneath the beds. Breakfast was excellent but I like stronger coffee!!

Incredible location, the rooms where cozy and comfy, the staff were super friendly, the food from the restaurant was really good, and the whole place was pet friendly. The spa pools and sauna were also amazing and the price was really good. Overall, a really, really good experience!

The floor was a bit dirty so we were hesitant being without shoes around the house.
