Hotelli Olof is conveniently located between the Finnish train station and the Swedish train station. My room was clean and comfortable. On weekdays breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. That was very helpful for me to get a good meal in before my early train. The staff were very accommodating in helping me transition from a late train coming in, and an early train leaving the following morning. They pre-arranged taxi transportation to and from the train stations for me. Their excellent customer service and attention to detail was much appreciated.

The property is super central and the staff was incredibly kind. We asked to change rooms as the first room was quite dark and they were very accommodating, even upgrading us to the penthouse suite for our honeymoon

The decor is slightly outdated and the shower in the bathroom was not well divided meaning that when you shower, the whole floor will be wet for a while.

Room was lovely. (Except for sink/ shower door). Complementary patries available during the day. . Center of town..

Breakfast was limited. No vegan option. (Did have oat milk though at least) bar never seemed open. No atmosphere. Suite bathroom very small unable to access sink easily with shower door swinging into it.

I liked the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff and clean room. I would like to express special gratitude to the evening administrator. When she found out that we were leaving early in the morning and would not have time to get to breakfast, she kindly offered to make breakfast ourselves in the evening. We really liked it.

Central location, very nice and clean surrounding areas. Clean room, basic requisities, nice interior design. Complementary refreshments and snacks at the lounge downstairs.

Small items, like a pen and the usual care necessities not in the room. I'm absolutely certain that reception would arrange anything needed, though.

The hotel is great located and the parking is exactly what your car needs when weather is not friendly. The room was spacious.

3 days and no one checked for cleaning the room, the same towels for 3 days, a lot of dust in the room. Also, the breakfast can be improved.

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was large and clean. Option of a heat pump in the room which did the job. Room and bathroom were well heated. I say this as I have noticed now that generally hotel rooms are cold and the heating systems are poor.

The nightclub opposite was loud and went on until 3am.

No room cleaning service, fresh towels (unless you ask) stayed 3 nights. (Perhaps I May not have seen that it was an apartment type situation) Breakfast was poor. Very little hot food, no cereal just porridge...

Really nice hotel just on the other side of the border. Nice personnel. I could check out and Store my luggage throughout the day before taking the night train to Helsinki in the late evening from Tornio-Itäinen.

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel is well located for the town centre and was easy to find. Breakfast was very good.

The kitchenette was very short on equipment.
