I liked the feng shui the cleanliness the beds are comfortable the bathroom and the art also the staff is amazing and the TV connects to the phone

The parking is way too expensive and it is too difficult getting in and out you cannot get in and out with just your key card, which doesn’t make any sense. Also, the food was absolutely disgusting.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, the starting station of tram 17. It is convenient to get to the city center via the Festhalle Messe and the U4. It is clean and modern. The price is favorable without breakfast and parking if you park on the street in front of the hotel and there was space

Every day the hygienists knock on the door very early and wake you up. We stayed for 4 nights and every morning there was something - they fixed the air conditioner, offered to clean, etc. and that can be done when we leave the room. On the last day, check out was at 12:00 and they knocked at 9:00. Be prepared that there is no kettle in the room and there is no water bottle in the room, you have to buy before arrival

It was much better than expected. Due to the price and other experiences with holiday Inn we were hesitant.. but it was the only reasonable option for us on our way home. We loved the surprise that our kids got a sudden free ice cream as we checked in.. Well, no, no. I should say: the kids loved it. We were surprised and BEMUSED (just kidding) as we had just surprised them like 15 minutes before that with gas station ice cream before that. Kids got the jack pot! The smirks we got from them were not worth the money we saved going for this hotel, even though the beds were nice, the staff was nice, I'm sorry you guys were great but the kids were sooooo mean to us 🥹 Beds were much nicer than I expected.

One of our rooms smelled like sewer. Nothing changed it. It was already like 11:30pm and we were too tired to go to reception + it was only for one night as we were on the road... But the smell was awfullllll The rooms were next to each other so we didn't fully get why it was so bad in that one room. It was awful though so I made sure my husband stayed in that one:)

It is reasonably close to the airport. The room was nice and comfortable and we LOVED the decoration of the room and the hotel. The breakfast was super!! We took out time to sit down and enjoy the great food provided at breakfast. It was the first city we landed after arriving from the USA and it was a great impression to my family.

We had just arrived after a long trip from California, with no sleep. The front desk staff was a little dry and did not even want to start our check in paper work because we arrived 30 minutes before check in time. We were tired and not in a good mood. That was a little unpleasant because we needed to sleep as fast as we could. Other than that we really enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Overall we had a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Our room was quiet. Very good shower/bathroom facilities. Very convenient for the tram to take you around Frankfurt. Reception staff was very friendly and nice.

We could not arrange for housekeeping to come by at an alternate time. We like to have a mid-afternoon rest while traveling and found that housekeeping would come around during that time. As we did not want to be disturbed the cleaning was skipped several days. We did point this out at reception, requested that housekeeping clean the room in the morning and not afternoons, however this continued to be an issue during our stay.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was exceptionally good. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Our stay coincided with a techno festival and the hotel was booked out and very busy. Despite paying extra for parking, we were unable to find a park space in the hotel carpark, so were directed to park on the grass. A few hours later, we were completely blocked in by other cars- the excellent staff did their best to help us and get our car out (we did eventually but we were an hour late for our appointment).

The hotel is beautifully decorated at the lobby and in the room. I felt comfortable throughout my stay for two nights. The room was spacious and had a minimalistic functional feel which I really liked. There were several electrical outlets which made charging electronics convenient. I also appreciated that I could stream my favourite apps on the television. The location in a residential are is quiet and easy to get to. The tram stop just 3 minutes away on foot, which provides connection to the Senckenberg Natural Museum. As a female solo traveller I felt safe and comfortable during my stay. I loved that I could see the autumn-coloured trees from my room!

I found breakfast to be average with limited choices. I would have liked more fruit options.

The clean was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is 30 sek. from the train away!

We had to wait 65 minutes to order something at the bar because the two girls had to make first the check in for the new guests!!!!!! It was 22:00 and we were fifteen guests to order from the bar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They have to do something because it was not nice. We were guests too and we felt that we were not important.

*Nice breakfast options *Close-by to family in Frankfurt (Rödelheim) *Cost-wise, it was very competitive against other hotels in and around town at the same standard. *Ideal for those visiting the Messe using the trams which is 20mins - although, not required this trip.

*Parking was chaotic on the Saturday night and the small stress was crowded with cars everywhere. As a result, no-one could come in or out for a while. I’d avoid parking, if possible. Use public transport!

Very clean and very comfortable bed. Staff during the day were nice and helpful. It’s nice that we can leave the luggage for few hours. Bar is cosy. Very clean room and toilet which is amazing.

During the night shift, staff were nice but there is a little bit of language barrier because English is a problem and maybe this can be improved as Holidayy Inn is a big chain of hotels. They could take some Duolingo lessons for themselves, I guess it would be a plus for them.
