The breakfast was excellent, good choice of products and takeaway cups for the coffee and takeaway pastry bags really go a long way if someone is in a hurry. We had breakfast in the hotel but took our coffee away and I liked having this option. The beds were also comfortable and we slept well. The location is fantastic, right next to the motorway so we didn’t have to waste time driving to the centre.

When I entered our room it smelled of cigarette smoke. I immediately complained and was given an other room straight away. Unfortunately, that too felt like someone had smoked in it but it was less smelly than the first one and at least we could open the window a little which helped. I think installing smoke detectors and maybe putting up signs would help solve this issue. There is comfortable smoking area outside the entrance so there is no need for people to smoke inside.

Great value for money, especially with breakfast included. A good hotel for underway to southern Germany.

The car park cost €15, which we found expensive considering it wasn't secure apart from a barrier. It's next to a petrol station, in a commercial zone with big stores that are deserted after opening hours. There were groups of people meeting at the petrol station during the night to chat and joke with each other, so we couldn't keep our room window open during the night. The rear of the hotel overlooks some roads.

The staff were very attentive, professional and friendly. One pointer: I called reception (on 3 different occasions over 2 different days), and the phone simply rang out. So there is a need for more staff, as the hard-working (1) reception guy, is not able to be in every place at every time. Breakfast was very nice. The only thing I would add is that I would have liked scrambled eggs, the hard-boiled eggs felt 3 days old.

It was unfair that parking cost €14 "per night" for a private visit. That was absolutely exhorbitant. In my mind, parking should be included in the cost of the hotel. We hired a cheap car from the airport, and the parking was more expensive than the car hire itself.

The room was not prepared for 4 persons sleeping. There were not enough duvets but we got additional from the receptionist on request. The bed was very comfortable and bed linen clean and fresh. We liked that it was possible to open the window. The receptionist Klaudius was very helpful and made our breakfast bags upon departure. He answered our requests and left a good impression upon arrival and departure.

It was mentioned that breakfast was served from 7 o'clock. In reality it was almost ready when we went downstairs at 5:30 so we could have taken it instead asking for take away option which was a plain sandwich made by the receptionist and it was not the money we paid for breakfast. It should be possible to eat from 5 o'clock or whenever the food is ready. Parking next to hotel should be for free. There was not enough tee/coffee in the room for 4 persons.

The check-in was quick and easy. The TV had several British TV channels. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was tasty, the coffee machine was great (and you could drink as many drinks as you desired). They even had a machine that makes your own pancakes (simply press a button and it drops the mix onto a conveyor belt and cooks them perfectly). The staff ensure the breakfast area remains spotless!

The iron in my room did not work and it was not replaced during my 5 night stay (The staff did offer an alternative Iron but I needed to return it to the reception). My room faced a very noisy Car wash.

Perfect as always! I love to stay here whenever I travel to Germany and every time is amazing! The staff are great and are always there to help. I speak German and English so the staff are always able to help out regardless of language. The rooms are always super clean and cosy. The only downside is that I wish I was there to stay longer! Another lovely stay thank you

My family and I loved our stay! After a long day at the Phantasialand, sleeping in a comfortable bed was such a relief. The morning breakfast was delicious. The parking is right next to the hotel.

We found it a little bit far from the park, but it was not a problem since we booked it at the last minute because it took a long time to leave the parking lot after exiting the park.

It had a good price for last-minute booking. Very nice receptionists. It had a good breakfast and it was clean.

The elevator was not working due to maintenance but we knew this before booking. We booked for 4 people in one room and it was a tad small for all of us.

The breakfast was beyond our expectation. Great, wide selection of food and even takeaway cups for coffee! The room was small but very clean and well equiped with bathroom products and plenty of hard and soft pillows! Additionally, there was a fantastic Tesla Supercharger just a 5 minute drive away and was able to plug my car in and walk back for a delicious breakfast :)
