This was my seventh visit to Ocean Point.......but the first after Covid. The property was well maintained and the hotel architecture resembles an Italian Villa. The variety of palm trees and the gardens were spectacular as before! The Staff is well educated with customer care and is very courteous and friendly. The biggest change was the kitchen......before there was a large buffet for every meal. However, after Covid, buffet style meals have been "outlawed" but their served meals are still exceptional with ultra fresh ingredients!!! We had the all inclusive package which I would highly recommend!

There was not one thing that we didn't like about this Hotel and Resort!

Excellent friendly staff, great fresh food that changed daily. We love that all meals are served at the table. We had the inclusive package, which is excellent value. We loved the quietness and minimal music. The beaches are hassle free with loads of beds. A large clean pool, again with lots of beds. Bedrooms have a sea view. We like the fact that there are no kayaks, boards etc.. It's a place to relax. Wifi works very well. There is no kettle in the room, so we bought our own. But there are several kettles and coffee machines in the corridors and a water station in reception. The hotel is a little isolated with a few restaurants nearby, but this is exactly what we wanted. We can recommend Hazel the masseuse. We definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing and chilled vacation.

We have no complaints. As others have suggested, maybe more Caribbean food and more variety in the vegetables. Otherwise all excellent.

I’ve avoided all inclusive resorts but coming at the heel of a 4 week Caribbean adventure we thought to save money. We did but we’re surprised by the quality and comfort. Room facing ocean was large and airy, reasonably appointed, restaurant was table service for all meals, good selection, plenty of fresh fish, and the best goat curry I’ve had in years. Resectable wine and booze and great barmen. Great beach and pool and good location about 15 minutes from V. C. Bird Int. Great Caribbean vibes!

Bookings cocked up as usual: when I added an extra night I didn't have a all inclusive option so we were on the local economy - Expensive!!

amazing sea view, nice balcony, plenty of storage, good water pressure, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and seating in bar area, waiter service at the beach, nice open air restaurant, great Tuesday night entertainment, nice beach, overall a nice, relaxing vibe. Although we didn’t take advantage, many excursions are available to book. great outdoor massage available. the Antiguan yogurt: delicious!

The food at the restaurant were average. Breakfast was good but lunch and dinner left much to be desired. The “ catch of the day” was not fresh fish. The tuna served was a frozen piece of fish similar to what you can buy at BJs wholesale. I think they can do better for the all inclusive price paid.

Room had no microwave and I wish there was a ala cart menu for the breakfast . The only choice was a $ 29 for the 4 items on the list . I did not need more than some eggs/toast and coffee. Would be nice to have some reading lights on the balcony . We stayed in room # 111 and would have enjoyed sitting outside and read a book at night.

Some of the deck around the bar area could be replaced . Microwaves in the rooms were missing.

Amazing friendly staff, super cheerful and communicative - always a bonus when the staff are happy and chat with you! Bed was AMAZING, general vibe of the hotel was super chilled and ‘Caribbean’ style. Private beach which isn’t done justice in the photos was amazing and a brilliant surprise. Informed the hotel we were visiting for our honeymoon and got upgraded to a sea view room with a hammock and surprise bottle! 10/10

The breakfast menu in our opinion was having to choose 4 items which we felt was to much to eat. Also thought it was a little expensive.

Some of the dinners where not as good as we expected them to be, especially the deserts.

Amazing value. Gods really good always plenty to select from on the menu. Would definitely recommend as the quality was good and value excellent especially in comparison to other hotels. Yes it was windy at times but that actually made it better

It was very relaxing and peaceful to wake up to the beautiful sunshine and the ocean everyday. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious.

My teen daughter had to overnight in Antigua as the flight to her final destination wasn’t until really early morning the next day. I got a little fright as I thought the hotel double charged her, which meant she paid quite a few hundreds (in USD) for just a few hours stay. The hotel was absolutely incredible in responding to my concern. I communicated to them from the Booking.com app from England whilst my daughter was at the hotel in Antigua. They responded asap via the app and also rang up my daughter at the room to talk it over. The manager also personally messaged me on the app. It all turned out to be a misunderstanding which was very quickly and easily sorted. The hotel also offered alternative ways to charge us for the room. So they were very proactive in helping us. Not only was the hotel, garden and pool absolutely stunning (very true to pics), but the management and staff were amazing. Also they were able to book a taxi for her really early in the morning so that she could be on time to catch her flight. I highly recommend this hotel for those looking for an excellent experience and peace of mind.
