We slept at Clarion hotel as we often do when on an over night transfer, as it is so close to airport and has never disappointed on any level. This time, I wanted to say a special thank you to the young lady at reception who was so sweet, and I apologise for not remembering her name. It was our 26th wedding anniversary, and not only did she upgrade us, but she ordered us the most perfect 'happy 26th wedding anniversary' cake. It was such a special touch and above and beyond what we expected. So many many thanks to her! It's those little details that make the world a better place and just for that, we will continue to chose Clarion hotel for our transfer stopovers in the future.

Excellent location from airport for stopover between flights or to catch early flight. You can also book free transport to the airport with the concierge. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Did not try the on site restaurant or cafe due to late arrival and not 24 hours.

I liked everything about my short stopover between flights. These just suggestions and info as a reminder this is an airport hotel. I did not check if there was 24hr room service so worth checking. Plenty of toiletries etc. and coffee making . Payable refreshments in fridge a bit sparse as usual for airport hotel turnover. I would suggest bring room snacks or they could install vending machine in lobby.

This hotel is likely the closest one to Terminal 1, just about a 10-minute drive away. Overall, the room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed. One of the best features is their airport shuttle service. You can call them before arrival, and they’ll transfer the call to the manager who handles transportation. He will usually ask for your WhatsApp number to coordinate with the driver. When I arrived, I had a bit of confusion about where to go, but the driver was helpful and guided me. The shuttle is typically parked at Level 0, where all the shuttle buses and taxis are located. It’s a mini-bus with the hotel’s name prominently displayed, making it easy to spot from a distance. Since I had an early morning flight, I informed the reception about the shuttle during check-in. They noted it down, and when I checked out, the shuttle was already waiting at the door. The driver asked for my room number and allowed me on board.

I felt the check-in process could be better organized. There was no clear queue system, people simply approached the desk as they pleased. One staff member was occupied for quite a while, seemingly trying to sell a room to another guest, which delayed the process for others. I believe this could be handled more efficiently. Additionally, the AC fan was quite noisy. At one point during the night, it started up suddenly and was loud enough to wake me.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Clarion Hotel, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. One of the standout features of this hotel is their free shuttle service to and from the airport. My flight was delayed by three hours, and I arrived around 3:00 AM. To my delight, the shuttle bus was waiting for me and my family, which alleviated a lot of the stress that often accompanies late-night travel. Before my arrival, I received a call from Miss Retaj who reached out two days prior to my check-in date. She wanted to ensure that I had everything I needed and to see if I had any special requests. This level of attentiveness truly sets Clarion Hotel apart! When checking in, I requested a baby cot, and it was delivered in no time. The prompt service made settling in with my little one much easier. The breakfast was another highlight of my stay. With a wide variety of options, there was something for everyone, especially for my child, who thoroughly enjoyed the selections. I’d like to extend my gratitude to the two female staff members at the restaurant reception for their warm hospitality and assistance. Throughout my stay, all the staff members were attentive and genuinely helpful, always wearing big smiles. It’s clear that the team at Clarion Hotel is committed to providing exceptional service, and it made our visit all the more enjoyable. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Clarion Hotel for anyone traveling in the area. The combination of excellent customer service, convenient amenities, and a welcoming atmosphere makes it a top choice for both families and solo travelers alike.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! Its close proximity to the airport made everything so convenient. The bathroom was spotless — such a refreshing change, especially after coming from a so-called “star hotel” in Makkah. I actually enjoyed a long, relaxing half-hour shower thanks to the immaculate setup. The in-room facilities were great, and the menu had a lovely variety of options to choose from. The in-house service was excellent and made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, this was a truly pleasant and enjoyable stay — I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and convenience.

The staff at the front desk welcomed me with a warm smile and greeted my family and me like they were genuinely happy to see us. Staff’s willingness to help was 10 out of 10. They were very patient when I asked the same question 3 different times inside of 30 minutes. I was a rushed visitor with a lot to do in very little time, and the staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The room was clean from front to back and side to side. Beds were comfy. TV was new and cable/satellite worked with no issues. Bathroom was great.

I don’t like that I only had enough time to stay one night. It’s a good hotel with great staff in a wonderful city. When I plan to visit Jeddah again, I will only consider staying at this hotel. May God bless my family and me with the opportunity to stay in Jeddah again at this hotel!

The stay was nothing less than excellent. Prompt replies on booking.com messaging service. Airport shuttle was a blessing. They took down my details also gave the number of the shuttle driver to reach when we reached airport. The front desk staff, concierge, shuttle and restaurant staff all very friendly and extremely helpful. Travelled with my Family. Kids enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety. I foolishly forgot my mobile in the room and remembered hours after checkout. the housekeeping staff Sajid found it. Hotel gave me call and I got it back. Very pleased with stay. Would definitely recommend anyone visiting Jeddah or Umrah

Did not have breakfast so cannot comment on it. Our stay was for only 8 hours before our connecting fright to Baghdad. I did this review before Reviewing how much overcharged I was for the second room. Here is my complaint below: The original book was CAD 135 per room. Here is how much we were billed: Oct 10 $ 170.33 plus Oct 10 $ 350.17 The rooms should have been CAD 166 (including taxes etc). We were not given the pricing for the second room and were told we have plenty of rooms and not to worry. $ 350 for the second room for a 8 hour stay is unreasonable and needs to be rationalized. I would expect that this situation is addresses at the earliest and the appropriate amount refunded to my credit card asap.

Me and my wife liked everything about this hotel. We were welcomed warmly by the staff, starting with the luggage carrier, the reception. We even got a complimentary healthy snack at check in. Something we didn't get at other 5 star hotels. The cleanliness was impeccable, the cleaning service representative Rasel did an exceptional job tidying up our room by making it spotless and everywhere else in our floor (we were on 3th floor). He was generous enough to offer us anything he could to suit our needs. A special thank you to you Rasel. You've made our stay very comfortable. The Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant was beautiful, the staff were very accommodating and tried to make us feel at home, I actually got a staff member who offered to take my plates to my table, very nice of him, and the breakfast had variety of food. The whole staff is well organized, which I've never seen it at other hotels. It was just a nice place for us to rest before to finish our umrah trip before leaving. And finally to top it off, we were given a very late checkout, special thanks to the reception staff and manager for this perk. Thank you so much for making us feel at home.
