Great location and amenities - no need to go offsite

Lack of affordable eating options and/or easily accessible supermarkets for essentials. Also the pools do not open until 9 am and closed at 5pm, earlier opening and closing later would be better to maximise time on water park and by the pool, especially for families who have young children who wake early. Also there was no hot water in our bathroom in the mornings (anytime prior to 8am) so made showering a hassle. Also no shower gel or conditioner provided but shampoo and body lotion was - seemed a bit odd to include some but not all, especially in a high cost resort

Beautiful, clean, and the workers were exceptional. Michelle, our HouseKeeper, knew us by name, greeted us every day and had everything replenished and spectacular for us upon returning to the room daily. Michelle and I even hugged each other on our way out of our stay. You have a very valuable employee in her!

Although we realize this is an extravagant resort and the rooms are breathtaking as are the views, the gratuity for every little thing, the taxes and the food are just too much and over priced. We wish at least one meal a day that was free or discounted.

There are a lot of things that you can do in the area. The Aquaventure water park has a lot of fun activities, there is a plethora of restaurants that you can choose from for the dinners (although they can be expensive). I would suggest visiting the city while you are there as well. The city is not where the downtown area is. The downtown is the area where the cruise ships are and the city is another area.

The bathrooms are a bit dated and they need a renovation.

Lots of activities for the kids, lots of wildlife spread on the several aquariums spread through the property. Several options of restaurants on site. The apartment was super clean and comfortable too.

Expect LOTS of crowds everywhere, kids love the place but if you’re looking for a chilled relaxed holidays this is not the place for you. Prices can be very steep as well (e.g. having to pay >$1,000 por a beach cabanna). For $1,000/night I was expecting better service (e.g. no water bottles in the room, empty minibar). We called to ask for the couch bunker bed to be made, but we only had the sheets delivered to our room (“do it yourself”)

Everything was nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

Prices are too high. Breakfast 50 per person 80 for lunch and coctails 20. You need 300 bucks a day for just food. Bottle of water 10bucks is a rip off.

great staff. lots of hard work going on behind the scenes to keep the property looking great.

guests have already spent quite a lot of money to get there. why the exorbitant cost of food? that’s probably the only thing that would keep me from returning.

Staff on the island service was average. Very expensive at Restaurants.

rooms nice bathroom could have been cleaner . beautiful outdoors ocean life and looks gorgeous . we don’t love casinos but you have to go through to access marina village and some other areas

some staff were challenging - “I told you you were checking out today” - we weren’t and there was an error here. “ show me your key as I attempted to enter when cleaning people were here “. (it was the way she asked ). when there was poor communication with booking.com and we had extended a day (weeks ago) we had to wait for management to ok our stay and again it wasn’t what was said it was how we were spoken to as guests who had been here 4 days and spent a lot of ). the towel booth again we were told to keep our bracelets (day 3 but never told before ) and told it we didn’t we might not get another . again the way we are spoken to the restaurant staff was always lovely so we didn’t give a poor rating but these other situations stood out to us

Gorgeous facility and we were in the Royal West which seemed recently renovated-very clean and nice room. The Dig is the most amazing aquarium I’ve seen. I found it to be mesmerizing and worth touring night and day for different views and vibes. Food at the resort restaurants was high-quality albeit very pricey. Staff were consistently helpful and extremely friendly. We rented jet skis one day. We caught Junkanoo (cultural celebration/parade) after Christmas which was totally awesome.

Nothing to be done, but the weather in late December quite windy and most days were overcast-making use of the slides and water park less appealing (too cold!!).

We loved the Dolphin experience. My kids also enjoyed the slides and lazy river.

The staff and food/drink servers were unfriendly, and the service was slow. My assumption is since they have a tip included, they don't show any effort with the customers. Could have used healthier food options. Not much to choose from. Lines were long for the slides. Pool seating was challenging. Prices were very high for food and drinks, and the store. The dolphin photo prices were ridiculously high. Almost humorous.
