Great location just a 5 minute walk to the start of the shops and supermarket. The staff were very friendly on arrival and check out. Great under ground parking facilities and always spaces. Room a very good size and a shared balcony with view of Banff Avenue. Lovely products in bathroom from the Rocky Mountain company which is local (Canmore + a shop in Banff). Feel this is excellent value for money for Banff!!

Downfall that reception was in the next hotel across. Didn’t need to really go there only on check in and out. Air con unit in the bedroom was very noisy (you get used to it after a while). Corridors were dated but inside the rooms were more upto date.

We had a lovely stay at the Red Carpet Inn in Banff. The receptionist was kind enough to give us a room with a beautiful mountain view from our balcony, which made the experience even more special. The room was a good size, comfortably fitting all our snowboarding gear, and it was cleaned daily, which we really appreciated. They had underground parking too. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of Banff, within walking distance to shops and close to bus stops offering free rides to the ski resorts.

The hotel's internet connection was quite slow.

The property was located downtown with parking in the back of the building. Love the Rocky Mountain soap products available in the room.

The outside door going to the second did not lock, anyone could have come in. No additional deadbolts on door, did not feel very safe combined with anyone being able to access the building. No lighting in the back parking lot, we left at 5 am and could not see while we were loading the car. The bathroom had no storage, everything was piled around the tiny sink and kept falling as there was no space. The air conditioning was VERY loud.

Outstanding young lady at the desk! The young man will hopefully learn life is not always 'transactional', his charge money comment to me about our purpose in Banff was a reflection of him- youth, ah. I realize he sees life through a young lense, his financial security will come - I hope for his sake he got my message- know your audience young fellow or stay quiet. Often Booking deals get the weird rooms; this room was big and mostly quiet. The floor above sound resonating as can be expected but thankfully those guests were on the same sleep schedule!

Love Banff, all of Banff ~ love Banff seriously. Roll with and enjoy it & you'll have a lovely visit. As Albertans, we know 'the Valley' in all its glory. You can take in the 'busy'ness and enjoy it, no one tourist is going to change it with a bad attitude. Mayor DiManno, Corrie, fam fav, so proud of her! Corrie is a strong advocate, good Alberta/Texas raised family legacy local and is doing a proactive excellent job navigating the 'Banff Bustle'. Love the changes Corrie has made, agree street closures would help - voters spoke.

The location was great, could take a walk to the downtown area where there were restaurants and shops. The place was not big but cozied and comfortable. There was a car parking provided behind the building which could fit my Audi Q7. The reception staffs were nice and helpful (you have to go check-in at Irwin's Mountain Inn which is the next building to the right). Although no breakfast provided here, you can find something to eat in the town or from the supermarket - IGA Banff (in a walking distance). For transportation, there were bus routes (I mostly took no.1). The bus stop was not far from the place. We stayed there for 3 nights and enjoy our stay.

The heater in my mother's room was having a loud noise. However, we went out all day everyday so we did not have time to inform the place. Maybe please go have a check.

Location right at the bus stop for complimentary public bus service then only 5mins to downtown or a 29min easy walk. Great beds, pillows, bathroom, coffee maker and yes, a kettle for making tea! 24 hr reception with lovely staff at the interconnected hotel next door. Reasonable breakfast with affordable continental options also at the hotel next door (Irwin Inn).

Don’t be put off by the old fashioned corridors a bit of a rabbit warren. When you get to the room it’s all good!

The location is perfect — right in the heart of downtown Banff, so it was easy to walk around and explore. The staff were friendly and accommodating. When they found out it was our anniversary, they gave us a bigger room with a jacuzzi at no extra cost, and even prepared a bottle of wine for us. It made our stay feel really special and thoughtful!

The only downside was the parking — there wasn’t enough parking space around the hotel area, so it was a bit inconvenient.

All the staff were so friendly (a young man & woman) on reception also gave us good recommendations! Rooms were spacious and the view from our balcony was incredible!

It was perfect - I never wanted to leave. The only tricky thing was getting the car park door to open we had to jump on the sensor strip.

Great location on the Main Street right at a bus stop so 5 minutes from downtown. Comfortable and well equipped room and bathroom. Wonderful reception staff 24 hours just next door. Great hot tub for after the day’s activities. Irwin’s Inn just next door has good breakfast and other restaurants are quite close too for choice of dinner.

Hallways may give the impression that it is a bit old and dowdy but once at your room it is just great and comfortable

The beds were clean and comfortable, and the room had lots of space. The room in general was amazing. No problems. The view from the balcony was wonderful, and I could see plenty of mountains. The showers were clean, running water. The hotel was good, the staff were professional. The distance from the hotel to downtown and other stores and restaurants was amazing. The parking was convenient, and there was lots of space.

I sent an email to the hotel regarding our booking inquiry, and the hotel took a month to respond. Overall, the time for the hotel to respond to our booking inquiry was unexpectedly long.
