I would like to be able to make my reservation directly with the hotel. The toll free number sucks. I cannot understand the people on the phone and they are very rude. I know exactly what kind of room I want but they don't even know where Saskatchewan is. Cannot speak good english and all and all a VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. iF I wasn't a Marriott member of long standing I wouldn't even pursue my booking. You have to sort out a better system of making a reservation with someone at least from Canada.

Close to airport, great facilities - pool and sauna, lovely food in restaurant and accommodating to our needs for party of 13 including kids. We booked this on the day we needed to check in after our original hotel was a disaster. We couldn't have been more impressed with Courtyard by Marriott. Front desk staff were lovely and very helpful, lending us additional scrapers/brushes for clearing snow from the car before we headed to the airport.

The bar closed at 10pm - we would have liked it to stay open for residents a little longer

Location was perfect for our event in Calgary, clean and staff was helpful.

Having free of charge coffee would be appreciated. We had booked a king bed and sofa bed for our family. We were put in a room with a king bed and regular sofa. We were able to change rooms on our second day but it was an inconvenience and a bad night sleep for our son the first night.

The Pillows could be better, and it would be nice to have a mirror in the bedroom not just the bathroom so 2 people can get ready at the same time.

Great place near the airport. Fantastic restaurant! Had the Bes and Breakfast special deal and food was wonderful.

The room was very large, spacious and comfortable. Very clean and quiet.

The only thing I would change is to have a fan in the bathroom. Not being able to manage the steam from the shower made it quite humid.

We didn't had any breakfast. As for the location, its pretty much in the center. Very accessible to from the highway.

My daughter and I stayed at Courtyard Marriott at your location from July 12, 2022, to July 18, 2022. The front desk and other staff that we met were professional, patient, and helpful.  This atmosphere was consistent throughout our visit. The room was clean and well prepared for our stay. Throughout our stay, we saw the cleaning and maintenance staff diligently working.  What impressed me the most was the excellent customer service shown by the restaurant staff.  They are amazing, professional, helpful, friendly, and very patient.  In particular, I want to thank Ronnie for his genuine people skills as he has a friendly, positive, and pleasant personality that calm our anxiety when we first arrived at the hotel.  Ronnie’s personality was very consistent throughout our visit.  I witnessed one incident in which Ronnie dealt with a very angry customer.  He kept his cool, was professional, and patient, and displayed self-control throughout the entire incident. Overall, our stay at your hotel was enjoyable, you made us feel comfortable and safe.  It was a pleasant visit.  I definitely will come back again and will tell others. Thank you Courtyard Marriott staff.

Our room was newly renovated and very spacious and nice! far exceeded my expectations!!!

I would just be cautious because this is labeled “airport” but it is still a 10-15min drive to the airport from this location. YYC airport has a Marriott in the terminal, which may be a better option if you’re looking for convenience.

This was a great surprise! Although close to the airport, the hotel still felt like it could have been anywhere. Comfortable, cosy, and warm from the moment you step through the door. Loved it!
