Clean room & comfy beds! Would have liked a slightly larger bar fridge as we are celiac & need to store food. The breakfast staff were amazing & made sure we had safe, delicious gluten free options. They were constantly cleaning & monitoring the breakfast area! Very efficient & friendly!!

There was no hot tub in the water slide area, but the slides were fun and clean pool towels, etc provided

Great value with breakfast. It’s an excellent facility for families. Staff were very accommodating. The waterslide and pool were a huge hit with my primary school aged kids.

The place itself is getting tired and is in need of some updates. You can see the quality that was originally invested in the property. (Likely why it’s lasted this long.) You need to ask for room service.

Our room was clean and well stocked. Rooms were easy to access - once we found them! The breakfast was okay but they had run out of certain cutlery which was inconvenient.

We weren't sure how to locate our room. staff didn't inform us when we checked in. As much as we appreciated being close together - we won't be getting a poolside room again as the pool was noisy in the morning.

The location and facilities are excellent, and my kids really enjoyed the waterslides! The breakfast was also very good.

It was unfortunate for us that the day we arrived was the day that someone had thrown up in the main pool, and it was closed for cleaning. We still had a great time on the waterslides though. I was a little disappointed that there were not any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch in our room. I had booked the room for five people and based on the fact that there is only a king size bed, and a double pull out couch, I figured it was obvious that we would need to use the couch. When I called the front desk to ask for some, the gentleman apologized and said that they may not have realize that the couch would be used for sleeping arrangements. Also, I could only find one washcloth when we need it for. Unusual but they sent sheets and pillows an extra washcloths up right away.

Was a great location. The hotel was decent liked the size and the casino and spa attached even though didn't get a chance to go to either.. The pool was warm.. The big chairs in the Lobby were fun feature.

Definitely could use some updating.. expecially the pool area.. would also be nice if it had a hot tub . Top floors facing the pool could use a chair or two on the belcony . Curtains are old so don't close well.. The food at the contenential breakfast was completely awful ...

My family and stayed here, 25 years ago when it was still shiny and new. Great memories and I was feeling nostalgic. It's quite and the over grown hedge in front of our window afforded us much appreciated privacy. It kept the traffic noise down. I loved the Teakwood Family Restaurant: it was beautiful and a great way to start a day: hot breakfast and good coffee. The room had plenty of space to park a mobility scooter. Clean bathroom, bedding, and fresh smelling room (rugs tend to capture orders but this one didn't) kodo to the cleaning staff.

The pool was dated but functional; long walk to the room; heavy doors for a person in a scooter, no automatic buttons, no handle bars in washroom for a person with a disability

The water park

Water park opened too late- kids get up way earlier than 9!!!! The cooling unit in the king one bedroom suite was outside the room so the bedroom was 24 degrees while the other room was 20 and the AC blasting on the person sleeping on the pull out couch (in their face). The room does not have a tub which meant we couldn’t bathe our littlest kid. Showers terrify him. Not a huge deal- some people might need a tub though

Swimming is always fun and staff always nice to our family.

The room (375) had some nasty stuff on wall in bedroom by king bed. Not sure what it was but was there before us. I didn’t complain while there as too much going on for us as a family. Not worth complaining about. But…it was gross. You should clean those areas before letting a guest stay.

We appreciated the breakfast that was included in our reservation. The staff was friendly early in the morning. The waterslide was lots of fun. We found the small pools to be cold, but the pool by the waterslides was warm.

We didn't think anything needed to be improved.

Had a very good sleep both nights. Waterslide was fun. Pools were clean and well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. Atmosphere of the lobby was great!!! We really enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

The drapes in our room weren't hanging properly, so made it hard to open and close them. The tv was hard to figure out, but we didn't watch much anyway.
