Good location. It was easy to get around Red Deer. Having the two restaurants so close was nice. When I checked in the staff were so nice. The room was clean and comfortable. I had to call for staff because the TV wasn't working. It turned out to be a loose connection, but I don't like to play around cable connections.

When I checked out I was expecting to pay for the room, as I had chosen pay at the hotel option. But I was told the payment had already gone through on my credit card.

Proximity to main roads that lead to all parts of the city. The many amenities close by especially for eating on any budget the value coupon to an adjacent restaurant. We went and we enjoyed it so very much! In the room, loved the big bottles of lotion, body wash and hair products! Also even though we didn't use it, the Keurig is a great touch!

The toilet needs repairs. Every second flush required a jiggle of the float inside the tank and not everyone knows where or what that is. Also the hinge in the toilet seat was broken the day we got there.

The service was wonderful, the rooms quiet and the beds extremely comfortable. We had the best free hot breakfast ever. Freshly made, tasty and generous in portions. We have stayed in many different hotels in Red Deer and other places over the years. and this hotel was by far the best value. It also was walking distance to our favourite restaurant.

The parking lot is a bit busy due to the Tim Hortons close by. Just don’t get run over taking pics. Also, because I am a senior with a slight handicap, I had a problem with the bathtub. There is nothing to grip onto to help you out of a bath. A grab bar would be a good safety measure.

We had left home late only to find out our campsite in Drumheller closed earlier than expected. While on the road, I got onto Bookking.com found Ramada in Red Deer, called to ensure they had a pet friendly room available, then completed the one night booking on Bookking.com. We were SO impressed, that after checking into the Drumheller campsite where we could leave the dog as we toured the museum, we cancelled the campsite (no refund) and rebooked a second night at the Ramada in Red Deer (we were headed west to camp in the Rockies next). The only downside was that I had again called to ensure they had a pet friendly room available. The person I spoke to sounded irritated but said the room we had the previous night was available. When we arrived, we were booked into a room on the 4th floor - with a dog! Fortunately the person at the desk was able to make the change and we had the same room on the 1st floor as we had the previous night. Breakfast was great as well. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more...rather than muffins and packaged stuff to go. I am SOOO very impressed by the Ramada and will consider booking with them on future trips.

Hot breakfast with lots of options for food and drink. Pool. Decent location.

Rooms were run down, paint pealing rough worn bathtub that didn't properly drain, partially repainted in spots on room but never finished and different colours. . Breakfast was not actually "hot". Pillows were extremely thick and hard. Other guests stated the same to us. (Glad we had our own along as we were spending some nights camping on trip). Hotel next door was same price and new and much nicer where my sister stayed. Did not feel like a Wyndham Hotel but no name.

Wonderful experience! Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was a full house on Saturday morning but the staff was excellent! They handled things very well. Also my daughter had won an award and left the flowers she got. An hour after we checked out we were able to call and retrieve them! That made her day.

Location excellent easy in and out of red deer. Restaurants and gas stations very near by. Good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff.

Broken tiles in bathroom where shower curtain was installed. Found dried contacts lens on the carpet from prior guests. Hot tub out of order and very small pool.

I like how welcoming the front desk staff were! I liked to see that the rooms were clean and up to standard. My family had forgotten the little ones life jacket but this hotel had a couple extra put aside for use!!

the staff was the best part of the stay. flexability and personized service made our weekend easier to manage. the hotel is not fancy but it is clean and orderly. loads of ammenities within walking distance

The pillows were not my favourite but nothing is like home. I was disappointed the hot tub was out of order

the hot breakfast was a nice surprise as they looked after everything and even brought the meal to the table. lots of choices. The room was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Every thing was great.
