I love how convenient the place is, and the design of the place is well thought out, from the coffee machines to the heated mirror, rain shower head, zen garden, balconies, etc. Staff were always friendly and attentive.

You can sometimes hear other guests chit chatting outside loudly past midnight. It would be nice to enforce some quiet hours after 1030pm as some people could be having an early flight the next day. Also, I doubt the floors have been mopped for a very long time... the floors are not clean. They could be cleaned more often rather than a quick 2 min sweep. No gym or pool amenities but good for the price.

The staff at the reception was really nice and friendly. The room was a good size, beds were comfortable. They have a nice lounge with coffee machine and it would have been great to have some pastries with that. There are some nice restaurants around the area as well as the bus station is just across the road so we didn't need to rent a car for this trip.

The shower was a bit tricky to turn on, but we figured it out. There was no wardrobe in the room so we had to use drawers to put our stuff, not a big deal but the storage space was small for us ( family of 4).

Staff were great and very accommodating. They brought out the outdoor cushions early in the morning for me. The coffee machine was amazing. Room was big and had everything I needed. The shower was amazing, rain head with pressure! And hot hot water.

The ice "machine" sucked. While I love the pull down black out blind on the window, it would be nice to have a sheer curtain of some sort also. That allows light into the room during the day, but doesn't allow anyone outside to see in while you're naked. My room faced the hwy, a house and an alley that usually had people walking through it.

The staff is excellent and very helpful. The newly renovated building is well done, but since the hotel is on the corner of a very busy intersection and near the 401, it can be a bit noisy. They keep the place spotless and the beds are very comfortable. Thankfully, Starbucks is just one block up the street and we were able to have some breakfast there. We also were able to access Walmart on foot for Mother's Day flowers.

The location is a bit challenging if you don't have your own car and we had to take a taxi/UBER for all our visits.

The room amenities were great- mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee pot. The best thing though was the amount and type of towels in the bathroom- not only was the room well stocked but they had bath towels and bath sheets! The staff were super friendly and they have a guest of the day promotion which I was lucky enough to have received. My room had a great little treat basket with chocolate, chips and water bottles.

It really is not that close to anything- except Grandview highway. I had meetings close by so it worked but the noise from the highway started pretty early in the morning.

Rooms come with microwave and fridge. Spacious. Bathroom mirrors had anti-fog function. Hotel check-in area has drinking water dispenser for easy refills. Manager provided snacks and water upon check-in. Close to Vancouver and surrounding cities.

Shower was difficult to figure out-had to have the front desk come up to show us the diverter was located underneath the faucet where the water runs. Shower drains slowly. Can hear all the loud traffic outside, especially the big rigs

Good value, clean recently renovated room, and very helpful staff who clearly take pride in the hotel! Staff were very welcoming and flexible, and facilitated an early check-in, which we were very grateful for.

Our room was located right next to a main road and was quite noisy (even with the doors and windows closed). Bear in mind that the hotel is quite far from Downtown Vancouver so might not be the best for travellers.

It is such a nice place beautiful outdoor sitting area right in the middle of hotel with little waterfalls. The rooms were so clean and new the beds were very comfortable. The shower head my fav!

I think they should have a little table in the room beside the chair. Also in their nice lounge room have maybe a little continental breakfast. But it was sure nice to have water and a good ice machine .

Quick and simple, wasn’t too hard to find. Parking was free and safe. Felt welcoming and very clean. My brother made coffee from the lobby several times and even to go from that machine. At check in, staff was very nice and even asked which floor I’d prefer! At checkout a different staff (Hameed) and he was very nice as well and made us feel appreciated with our business and I’d surely come back after our great experience.

It’s a little busy area or street but not too bad getting there.

Seems to be a new facility so everything was quite modern and up-to-date. The room had very good lighting and there were USB outlets. The bath and shower were excellent with soap/shampoo dispensers.

No breakfast, but we knew that ahead of time. There was a coffee/capuccino machine in a room near the office. There was no elevator so we had to lug our bags up the stairs to the second level.
