The staff went above and beyond for me in ways I am and will forever be grateful. I would definitely stay at the Coast Chilliwack again. They were very accomadating given the fact I stayed with my toddler. I have no complaints, I enjoyed my stay.

The only thing I was not as intrigued about was the fact that you're charged for breakfast; it is $23 per person instead of having a complimentary option. I personally think people would be more interested having a complimentary option over having to pay for a buffet or restaurant items. I feel if your interested in specialty items or specific orders then absolutely it will cost you, instead of having no option available. I myself chose to find other places to eat as the pricing was a bit much, and I felt paying almost $20 for pancakes as I have my toddler with me was a bit outrageous.

Although I was double booked the hotel initially declined to cancel second booking. After explaining the situation the front staff couldn't do much but apologize. It was resolved by the manager after not hearing from Booking.com and he cancelled the double booking and charged me no fees. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and I had a pond view with mountains in the background. The location was good and it looked like Preston's was good although I did not have the time to sit and eat a meal. I have rebooked my next month stay at this hotel and will try the restaurant at that time.

Initially, things were off to a rocky start as I was doubled booked. Once I explained myself and what might have happened, I was surprised as when I checked out the next morning, I was informed by Front Staff double booking and fees were cancelled by the Manager. I was very happy as losing money beforehand is not a good thing.

The staff were welcoming and let us know that if they could help with anything to let them know. The beds were very nice and the pillows were soft - very nice. We appreciated the plug in for phone etc at the bedside too. Like the idea of no carpet and the house slippers.

To stir our coffee we would have to open a whole pkg. with other stuff that would end up going in the garbage. Also, for a green hotel it was a bit uncomfortable as the coffee maker coffee pods had excess packaging that included plastic

the bed was a little soft for me and that's just me due to that I like firmer beds. At the restaurant, order espresso martini and it was a creamy martini, than my husband and I went on the Sunday ordered the belli-tini (to sweet, don't like sweet drinks) and than ordered steak bites and it came on a skillet pan, it wasn't sizzling and the bites were cold, the worst steaks bites I have had and it was a good thing my husband ordered a burger and fries so I had his fries

Pond view room overlooked the large duck pond and fountain complex. Very pleasant. The rejuvenated Thunderbird Alley restaurant and boutique pedestrian district is a short walk away. This area has eateries, craft brewing pubs, coffee shops, and such. All very well done. Ample parking. Grocery store across the street.

The hotel's own restaurant area is too large and somewhat dreary. Poor lighting doesn't help it at all. Breakfast buffet was adequate.

Located near lots of stores. Clean comfortable. Security escorted us to our room.

The hotel put me on hold when I had one quick question."Can I confirm my dog? On hold 10 minutes then told I was rude when asked if I could go on hold and said "no". She hung up on me. She could have answered my quick question on that time. It was late and I was losing cell signal. I was not told about the car charger.

The hotel is located away from major traffic noise so is quiet. The room was clean and comfortable with a good sized fridge, The view of the partially iced over pond was entertaining with water fowl. The toilet/bidet Toto Washlet was unexpected and would take some getting used to.

Didn't plan to use the pool so the fact it was experiencing problems was not an issues on this trip.

Great location, save on food is right across. The pool and gym are open till 11 pm, with a good size of pool and hot tub. The bed is comfy, with a decent room size. The best part is the toilet!!

The room temperature was good for me, but when my partner tried to turn on the heat (he thinks it was a bit too cold), it smelled so bad...

Nice and helpful people at desk Good location on district 1881 District 1881 in Downtown Chilliwack is a neighbourhood of distinctive architecture and historic buildings crisscrossed by pedestrian alleys filled with loft- style apartments, unique office spaces, and locally owned restaurants, breweries and retail shops.

The location, facilities, and the friendliness of the staff all exceeded my expectations — I was thoroughly satisfied with my stay. I always choose the Coast Hotel whenever I visit Chilliwack! I can't imagine staying anywhere else. :)
