I have a special mention for the desk staff bob (I think that’s his name) who is there during the evenings. He made us very happy with the entire stay he made sure we had a great time during our stay especially with kids. And the staff pooja was also helpful. If anyone meets bob must have a small chat with him he’s a great guy and it’s an asset for the hotel to have people like him to work with.

The cleaning staff could avoid being very loud at the corridors and the staff at the kitchen should not use earphones while being there as they won’t hear if someone calls

Staff were Friendly. We had a separate bedroom from the living room and were very impressed with how quiet it was in the bedroom, we couldn’t hear any outside noise from the traffic or the elevator even though it was right beside our room. We also loved having two air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, and we appreciated the door into the bathroom from the bedroom and the king sized bed

Insufficient seating in the dining area. We would appreciate more breakfast options: pancakes or waffles, and two different kinds of eggs. I didn’t like that I found a cheaper price for the room through Booking.com and when I called the hotel directly they wouldn’t match the price to enable me to earn my loyalty points as a Wyndham rewards member. I also didn’t like that the clerk took a copy of my Drivers Licence without asking (I only knew because my husband saw her do it) and when I asked for it back at checkout, the new clerk couldn’t provide a reasonable explanation as to why it was copied in the first place and acted surprised that it had been done. A copy of my ID was not a requirement the last time we stayed there and that was only a few mths ago

The location was close to many amenities within 5-10 min drive. The room was very clean, handicap access and fitted (not requested or needed). Unfortunately room was directly off lobby and was noisy at times. Bed exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was very good complementary buffet of hot and cold dishes well prepared.

Room could have used a bit more decoration (paintings?) and appeared a bit sparse. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay and I would definitely return.

They had a variety of breakfast dishes. The Beds were very firm and comfy. I always enjoy my visit here. Staff so friendly. Nice to see familiar faces again. A Home away from home. 😊

No Pool but that is o.k. More trouble changing into bathing suit and showering and then rinsing off the chlorine and more expensive, too. I am quite satisfied with the hotel the way it is.

Very well respected hotel to stay at so when traveling stop in and stay at this beautiful hotel they are beautiful staff that will take good care of you ❤️

I thought other family that stayed there with there family that they would take more care of there screaming children cause screaming children it's not very joyable when your trying to relax but can't cause of children running up and down hallway screaming or kids banging on the walls not impressed at all

I liked the location. It was just over the boarder and a great place to stay the night before we continued driving through Canada.The facility was clean and the room had a fridge and microwave, which I know not all hotels have.

The parking spaces were a bit tight. We had a car so we were fine, but if you have a big truck it would have been harder. Just an FYI.

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable. The hot breakfast was nice. They offered hot food, potatoes, and sausages in addition to a nice selection of hard-boiled eggs, cereal (hot/cold), yogurt, and fruit. A toaster was available for bread and waffles.

We arrived early afternoon, and maintenance was testing their fire alarm system. The earpiercing alarm would go off at short intervals, which was annoying. We understand this has to be done at some point for everyone's safety. It just happened to be at the time we got there. Eventually, they finished on our floor, and we were able to rest.

The room was clean and spacious, the king bed was very comfortable. The pull-out couch was a little squeaky.

The breakfast room was small and crowded, we had to bring our breakfast up to our room, where we had a kitchenette and a table, so we could seat there. Breakfast was good, with a good choice of food.

Everything was excellent! But, dark roast and decaf coffee. I'm not a fan of either. But Medium Roast & Columbian was available in breakfast room during the evening as well as during breakfast hours. !

Convenient location. Easy access to areas we visited.

When we returned from supper, the front desk did not honour a reservation from a traveler. Since he was checking in late, they gave his booked room away. In these days of fires, road construction, etc. there are lots of legitimate reasons for a delay, and still many areas without cell service. This action left a traveler scrambling for accommodation at the last minute, instead of enjoying his reserved room.
