The hotel was very accommodating; breakfast was a great offering. Delicious waffles, hot eggs or sausages and the convenience of “take out” cups or plates. Location of the hotel was very easy to get to and in a safe neighbourhood. Room was very big! Lots of room, balcony was wonderful, the bathroom was clean and stocked with lots of towels and complimentary hand soaps. I just wished they had the shower dispensers with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Check out Cheeky Monkey Glassworks, just north from the hotel. Such a beautiful store and the owner was super nice!

The service by all the staff members were really great. Specially the ladies who were managing the Breakfast room on Sunday and Monday did an amazing job. Loved the cheese omelette and the sausage patty. I managed to use the Gym as well. There's ample parking so there was no problem finding parking. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious and the kids loved the tv channel options provided.

It would be good if they can provide a much comfortable bed when an extra bed is requested before hand.

Location is accessible to both the ferry and downtown area by bus. Just keep a check on the schedule. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was the same everyday. Lack of fruits and barely any option if you’re a vegetarian. No whole wheat bread available as well. Secondly while Whyndham claims to be green they have so much useless plastic packaging for keeping coffee mate and sugar. On top of that they have disposable drinking cups in the room. They could also keep two kitchen staff instead of one. That person was very helpful and sweet but one could see that she was stretched. It would also reduce the use of disposable cereal bowls.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The room was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable . Wifi worked great, and the free breakfast was definitely better than the majority of other hotels I've been to . It's definitely worth the price point, and when I return to the island, this will for sure be where I'm staying.

It was clean and the room was large. The bed was comfortable. It’s a ‘no frills’ hotel, but decent value for the cost.

The location is a bit sketchy and I didn’t feel it was in an area of town that I, as a senior woman, would feel comfortable walking around in. It is also on a busy street so quite noisy if the window is open.

The hotel was clean and had a good selection for the included breakfast (omelettes, sausages, waffles, cereal, toast). Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, very good value for the money.

The hotel felt a little dated and I'm not sure the toiletries had been replenished between me and the previous guest. The pot for the coffee pot was also missing... It also took an absurdly long time for the water in the shower to get hot - but it did get hot.

Proximity to downtown and some parks and a nearby wonderful Korean restaurant. Breakfast was very good. My granddaughter loved the large waffles

We came early and were not let-in until 3 pm. My request of 1-2 pm getting inside was not granted so we have to roam around downtown for a while with all our luggages with us since they also didn’t have a storage. We’ve been to some places and hotels and we’ve been accommodated earlier than their checking time.

Location to ferries. That breakfast was included which makes it easy when traveling with kids. Beds were super comfy too.

The neighbourhood is a bit sketchy so didn’t like parking my car outside. My locking gas cap was pried opened by morning but they weren’t able to siphon any fuel at least.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Big clean room. Safe. No sketchy folks around. Has a gym. Decent coffee and breakfest options. Bath tub. Good parking.

They should update the blinds on the doors to the patio to fixed/blackout. You can hear a bit of traffic noise but as a light sleeper it wasn’t to big of a deal.

The breakfast room was exceptionally clean - the staff person working was constantly refilling and cleaning up, and she was very friendly too. The daytime reception staff person was very friendly and accommodating also. My room was clean, comfortable, and the AC, hot water, and internet worked perfectly.
