The renovations both inside the hotel and the rooms were well done and looked modern, crisp, clean, well coordinated. The check in person was lovely and helpful. The parking was close and plenty. Right along the river and a lovely river walk as well as the community market right outside on Saturday mornings.

the outside of the building was outdated and didn't match the much nicer and updated interior. BW stays usually have breakfasts and this only had granola bars, apple and muffins. The coffee was good though.

Waterfront location close to walking trails. Convenient free parking. Free self service laundry. Spacious workout area. Comfortable bed. Clean. Nice amenities. Room was large with area to entertain a few friends. Helpful staff.

Starting from our initial check-in with Brayden, our experience was exemplary and Brayden was engaging, courteous, and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with how clean the room was and the location of the property was excellent.

Do not recommend the Arlington for meals

Adrian at the front desk July 25th 2023 was super kind and helped me out booking am extra night. The beds are so comfy. The kitchen is perfect. Couch and big tvs! And amazing view of the Zinc mine that over looks the town of Trail. I might just move here after this trip. Feeling inspired.

No blow dryer in my room. Couldn't figure out how to turn on my bedroom tv for 1st night as box as behind the TV

This is a beautiful hotel! Most hotels will advertise queen or king sized beds and when you get there they are double beds at best. These were truly king sized and so comfortable!!

The hotel is stunning, our room was incredible. Every staff member was friendly and helpful - I’d stay here again and again.

The only downside was to get to an area my dog could go to the bathroom was down a alley and across a street, where a number of homeless and/or people struggling with addiction were congregated or sleeping on the benches. Absolutely nothing happened, there were RCMP around one time just keeping an eye on things. A little disconcerting, but nothing happened and this is totally beyond the hotel’s control. The property itself is lovely and lived up to the pictures online.

Everything was fresh, comfortable with luxurious bed, bedding, and towels. The room was so spacious with desk and sofa in sitting room plus a walk-in closet with 2 luggage racks. Good free parking. Close to the river walking path and several good restaurants.

Would gave liked to have glass tumblers in the room.

It was easy to keep the room temperature comfortable without noise nor draft. This accommodation is better than the expensive condos I’ve seen in Vancouver. We liked the location and the view of the river.

The hotel was perfect and the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
