Kudos to the housekeepers for making the hotel very clean and tidy..at least our room was. Room smelled good. I have bad allergies and very sensitive to scent and dust…I was fine the whole time. There wasn’t any chemical stench or air fresheners that was trying to cover up another smell like other places we’ve been to. The room was huge. Even with the 2 Queen beds in, there is still lots of room to move around. Quiet considering it’s off the highway. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Bathroom is so clean you can sleep in there.

There was a duvet (spare I suppose) in one of the drawers. The duvet had animal hair in it. The room was suppose to be no pets room. The hotel is no smoking but they have a designated smoking area right beside the entrance door so you get a dose of whatever people are smoking when you go in or out of the hotel.

I don't think breakfast was included so I cannot comment on that, however I loved that there was excellent coffee available 24 hours a day, and that the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Extra blanket wasn't a problem and they assisted with recommendations for nearby dining.

Had an ice bucket but couldn't find an ice machine on my floor (3rd) and oddly no one else seemed to know where it was...? No laundry bag in the closet; miss having a bathtub but theses were all minor issues. Overall the room was lovely and spacious and I enjoyed my stay very much.

had the salmon dinner 2 times first time it was very good in the rest next time ordered it to the room would not know it was the same salmon dry potatoes not creamy like the first time seems like it was 2 different cooks have been in the rest business for about 60 years prepping hosting and managing think you need a little more on the menu and things done the same each time

The hotel was newly built and clean. The room was spacious and very close to superstore.

The sofa bed is not big enough to accommodate 2 people. I booked for 6 people and the sofa bed is not a size of a double bed but a single bed size for only 1 person. Also, the kitchenette doesn't have a complete stuff for guests use like no paper towel, the cooking frying pan is not a non stick pan etc. Also, the housekeeping should be checking the shampoo and stuff that needs to be replenished as there was no enough shampoo we can use.

It was nice and new feeling. Staff seemed friendly and helpful.

I didn’t find that the daily cleaning was great. We frequently had to ask for supplies like towels, there were four of us and often only three towels were left. Also I like the floor to be vacuumed at least every second day.

Room was nice, comfy, fit for a family.of 5.

We came at 4:10 pm really tired from a long drive but staff couldn't check us in as the room wasn't ready yet, considering it was booked in advance. We waited for 10 minutes. Housekeeping didn't do well with cleaning up as there was a full basket of empty cans and bottle at the sink that were not ours. We have 2 double bed but the second one is kinda sinking in the middle. I slept good but I didn't woke up well rested.

The location was great! Within walking distance of many shops, restaurants etc. Nice kitchenette, could use extra supplies: frying pan, dish draining rack... The pool was enjoyed by the kids.

The room thermostat was confusing to use. Turns out the wall thermostat didn't control the a/c at all! There were no directories/pamphlets for local restaurants or local attractions in the room. Miss that there is no hotel bible anymore...

Great breakfast

Hot tub was to hot to enjoy and it’s the main reasons I booked. Stayed 5 nights and was put in a room with a wall out my window. Depressing 5 days as my stay was for rest and relaxation. They offered to move me but I’m physically challenged, you need to pick your battles. I just hope in the future they rethink who they put in the walled room, I wouldn’t have minded if I was staying one night.

A modern, new, comfortable, economical, well located hotel. Spa area is very good.

The kitchenette was poorly equipped. you would be hard pressed to actually cook a meal. I had to ask for a kettle from the front desk. The tap water is heavily chlorinated, which is possibly not the hotel's fault. However some bottled drinking water in the room would have been appreciated.

Property is super clean, toilets are shiny. It gives a feeling of a 5 stars hotel not 3 stars. My family and I really loved the level of paying attention to details. The staff is nice, especially the guy who checked us in at 9:50 PM on the night of June 13. He was so professional and so welcoming, big thumbs up.
