We come here quite often, because the price, the location and above all, the staff name us feel so welcome. The rooms are a little dated, but clean enough. The staff is just wonderful, we always look forward to seeing who is on duty and they're all delightful and welcoming.

Everything could do with a little updating, the floors, the walls. But for this price, it's an awesome place to stay and we will be back many more times.

New owners since Jan 2024. Very nice at check in helped bring the luggage cart upstairs and down no one has ever helped before. Wr got three large bottles of water that was nice. It was very clean, beds were so comfy. There was 3 of us so we took the family suite with 3 beds. It was very well priced for a long weekend. It was quiet even though it was full. The air conditioning worked as well as everything else. Love the shower. All in all great hotel, great price ,very nice staff will definitely stay again

The parking lot was full but there is a restaurant there so it was busy

Front desk guy was absolutly fantastic! Made my kids feel welcome and got us out of the heat with an early check in. Housekeeping staff were friendly and happy. My 3rd stay over 3 years and this hotel has gotten much much better. Much cleaner and friendlier staff, resturant was great too. I had probably the most comfortable bed I've stayed at any hotel. Ac kept the room nice and cool, updated clean room and bathroom.. Definalty much cleaner then the past 2 years.

The balcony needs some love, top rail was replaced recently, but deck surface needs shoes to avoid slivers

I saw some black marks on the towels. I saw the cleaning crew grab the towels with uncleaned hands. While she was cleaning the room, just grab the clean stuff to replenish without changing gloves or washing hands. That's why I wrote I saw black marks....however she was very kind and welcomed customers with smiling/saying hi. Except that I would like to give the perfect score. One bed was a little bit old. The side part sank a little bit more than another one.

Rooms are clean, staff is very nice and polite.

The building is dated, so doors slam closed hard and loud at times. The adjoining room has paper thin door so I heard a room full of kids the night before and 1st thing early in yhe morning. Not impressed. Called front desk, they did their best to fix it though. Seems it's bad parenting or lack of parenting. Also, great location but being so close so the street, was a bit loud. All in all, price was great and staff was friendly, so yes, we will be back.

The staff were very helpful, going above and beyond for us! Room was very clean and it was nice and quiet.

Rooms were dated, and the photo that was shown online of 'the room' was not the actual room we got. Beds were also hard but obviously that is our own personal opinion. We also had received a message upon booking stating that their pool was closed, but when we got there, it was very much open, which was disappointing to see. Perhaps it was an automated message that was sent so maybe update it.

The staff was very exceptional and accommodating. We were treated very well. The restaurant, 27th Street was good as well and the waiter made my little granddaughter feel special. The location is close to a mall and very central. We could walk everywhere.

The pool was cloudy even though I saw them clean it... was trying to figure out what that meant. However we swam in it and all was well. The ladies toilet in the pool change room definitely needed to be bolted down.

reception was very helpful. We had booked pretty late at night in the front desk was available 24 hours. The room was quite big and it was the comfiest bed. I had slept in this trip.

We were not able to have the breakfast as we had to get on the road again, but otherwise there was nothing that didn’t meet our expectations

Room location was near the office very convenient to walk to. Room was very clean and appeared recently renovated. Check-n was fast and easy with the friendly manager Shivam Sharma.

Just a bit loud that night.
