Property was recently updated. Art was nice in the room. Mostly clean room, we had a pet friendly room. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Some people may find the highway loud but I’m used to it at home so it didn’t bother us at all. Staff were very friendly and breakfast although very basic was appreciated. They had egg, sausage and hash brown patties which we enjoyed as I cannot have gluten(there is tons of bread and cereal options and yogurts) . We were too tired to check out the pool/hottub.

The property was fine. I wasn’t over the moon about the price for the room as everything is so jacked up for summer. I also had tried to use my choices points but no hotels appeared in Vernon. The front staff weren’t sure why it wouldn’t but I wonder if it’s because of the summer gouge… we went on a Wednesday.

Very personable lady on the front desk let us check in early. She made us feel welcome, told us all about the pool & hot tub, and told us about local restaurants offering discounts for hotel guests. We did not use the pool or tub. The friendly staff even supplied us with plates, knives and forks when our take out food order came from a nearby restaurant without those items. Room was quiet, comfy and very clean. Bed, bedding and pillows were good, Location is handy, being right on the main highway through town, but not noisy, and in easy walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Free breakfast was quite good, with apples, yogurt, cereal, toast, bagels, and make-your-own waffles. There was also coffee and a variety of juice. Would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom was a little small, though well maintained and very clean.

Our room was wonderful. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The A/C worked well so the room felt cool (outside temps were 30*C). We appreciated the tongue-in-cheek notice to discourage theft from the room. Well done! The included breakfast was good. My husband and son enjoyed all that was offered (various bread products, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and more) . My dietary needs were less served, but I managed fine with a couple of supplemental items purchased from the Safeway across the street. (This is in no way a criticism of the provided breakfast items.)

Honestly, we have no complaints about our stay. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we checked out, we were treated well and felt very comfortable.

I loved the hot tub and pool, having a breakfast was great but would have been nice to know there was cheese in the egg as it didn't say anywhere there was and would be nice to have sliced or frozen fruits for the waffles. The staff was Soo very kind and having discount options for some local places, amazing. Oh and fridge perfect size

The trash cans are really small and no recycling bin for empty return it bottles. The towels at the pool were like hand towels Some of us chubby people need a towel size towel to dry, and it would be really nice to have robes to go to and from the pool. Also there was some left over trash in the drawer. So a little more of a deep clean could be good.

The highlight of our road trip! It felt super safe, comfortable and comfy. My kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub, the fact laundry facilities were available and the staff were incredible!! We missed the breakfast as we all slept in, they gave us yogurt and fruit on the way out which was honestly so appreciative with hungry kiddos.

The pool was nice and refreshing and the pool was warm. There was no trouble bringing my little husky along - staff was very accommodating of dog, and even offered to call us when we left in the unlikely event she should start barking. Room was big and clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet included hashbrowns, scrambled egg patties, sausages, waffles, and the other usual suspects.

The outside of the property and foyer has been redone and looks very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable.

The bathroom was partially renewed … unfortunately sink taps were backwards … ie turn expecting cold and get very hot water. In the bath/shower room there is paint on metal parts that shouldn’t be painted. People talking I’m the hall can never heard even will talking at conversational level… doors are thin or don’t fit properly.

The staff were wonderful, super clean rooms, comfy beds. Older Hotel, must have been fairly newly renovated. We enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance and I choose to stay in a hotel with a pool for my kids. So that they can swim. I know it’s not the staff or hotels fault. Just check if you are keen on having a pool. They did offer a voucher for the local community centre pool.

Great, updated room with pleasing furniture and bedding. The bed and the pillows were so comfortable. The room was sparkling clean, there were plenty of towels and coffee for our stay. Didn’t use the pool but it looked very clean. Breakfast was the usual but more than adequate for a quick bite in our way out.

No suggestions - nothing we would change

Room was convenient as I was visiting family and could make food to bring from my kitchenette. The staff were all friendly and accommodated all requests that were unique to my circumstances. Facilities were very clean.

No toaster in the room but was given one as soon as I asked. A kettle would be nice, but was not a problem to use a pot to boil water for tea. All minor things.
