I have been in NB for the last two months and stayed at multiple hotels in Fredericton. The Hilton has been the best so far in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and amenities (although a hot tub would be great). The location is great as well with a short walk to all the shops on Queens and Kings Streets.

I wish there was a hot tub!

Location was excellent for my purposes. Room very comfortable. Restaurant available at hotel.

Menu selections for breakfast could have been better. I prefer continental breakfast choices and few were available, but there is a coffee store not too far away.

Beds were super comfy, everything was clean, the shower was hot and the pressure was perfect, the included breakfast was amazing (and I’m vegetarian), parking was convenient. We got the chrome cast working great.

The price. Everything was amazing but we could only afford one night.

Great location, parkade access, new decor, clean and comfortable room. We stayed on 7th floor and enjoyed the view of the town.

A lot of small things: - 1 luggage cart for the 7-floor hotel, which is disturbing when you're traveling for Christmas with bags and bags of presents, - no room service, just an overpriced 24/7 lobby store, - vending machines on the floor were never found, - there's a coffee maker in the room but the supplies are strangely scarce, so if you're two people who both want coffee with milk, you might not get it. Saving on coffee mate in a $176/night room is truly ridiculous. There's another hotel right across the street $20 cheaper and with none of these issues. Guess we're staying there next time.

Restaurant on site was fantastic. Live jazz band, great menu and quality food! The staff at the restaurant were great- very friendly and attentive.

There was an annoying rattle in the fan/ductwork in the room - not great in the middle of the night.

Very clean and an excellent restaurant and outdoor terrace. Friendly staff in the restaurant. Restaurant prices are good value for a hotel.

One of the Front desk staff was less than friendly - sour would be a good description. All other front desk staff were excellent

It is definitely worthwhile to book your room with breakfast included. The a la carte breakfast menu at the Pickle Jar is phenomenal. Smash burgers, eggs benedict, omelettes, fruit bowls, smoked salmon… Whatever you like, and it all starts at 6 AM for early birds like me.

I've stayed at the hotel before and knew what to expect. The two most enticing factors to me were the staff, especially in the restaurant. The second is the location downtown.

The was a constant attempt to upgrade my room which became annoying.

The facilities were top notch. The fitness centre is well equipped and the equipment well maintained. The staff in all areas were pleasant, efficient, professional and a pleasure to talk with. Definitely a top of the last to stay at next time.

We loved everything.

The gentleman at the desk didn’t explain the parking well he told us we just pay 16.50 in the way out, he didn’t tell us we needed to get a ticket on the way in and we ended up getting a 25$ parking ticket
