The front desk staff were very accommodating. I called ahead of time to request a room not far from the elevator, and they situated us in the perfect room. When we had issues with the coffee maker in our room, someone came up immediately to help resolve our issue. When returning to my room with breakfast, the breakfast Attendant saw that I had my hands full and insisted on helping me at the elevator. The staff were marvelous. When I learned how little they were being paid I was mortified. Good staff deserve fair wages.

It was a bit noisy. I could hear people walking around above me on the next level. The bed was so high off the ground that my mother could not access it and had to sleep on the less comfortable pullout Sofa.

The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was great. We had a minor problem with our room and they took care of it immediately and even offered to change our room. Staff all says hello when passing in the hall. Just an all around great experience.

Was just a short drive to downtown. Bed was very comfortable as were the bed linens. Everything that we needed was in the unit. Breakfast was complimentary and really offered a great choice of items.

The air conditioning in the room was really loud at night, so we had to turn it off while we slept. But because it was turned off, it made it warm in the room. Not sure if the air conditioning was normal to be that loud?

The couch in the king suite was impossibly uncomfortable to sit on. Just awful. We both had back pain after sitting on it. Everything else was fantastic. The service, the cleanliness, the room. We'd love to go back but that couch will make us second guess it.

we left with a bit of breakfast in our pockets at 530 am, the front desk helped us get a bit to go (to the airport) and it was great, thanks. I imagine we'd be liking the full meal deal had we been able to stay until breakfast actually opened!

too much bedding

The holiday inn express was a welcome surprise short stay. The hotel was clean quiet and offered a very nice complimentary breakfast that was better than most I have experienced. A welcome surprise. I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel was fine no dislikes.

Booked the King suite with sofa bed. Room was very nice, clean, larger than what I was expecting. Having a kitchenette was a great touch especially with having a new born travel with us. Breakfast was also great here.

Great property as a pit stop. Late night check in was very flexible. The room was very clean and fresh, we fell asleep right away. The amenities in the bathroom was great. The breakfast service was good.

All Staff were amazing. Our room was large and very comfortable & clean & the hardwood flooring is awesome compared to other hotel rooms with carpet. The breakfast included with your stay is excellent as well as the dining area.
