I did not like having to pay for parking. It is their lot, it’s not like it is street parking. That is just greed. Next time, I will go to a place with parking included.

This hotel is really good and better than I expected. That’s the reason why I stayed there once I visited Moncton. I stayed there twice and every time I was there I’m happy. Second, I actually had no problem I’m going to say in one second here. There was thermostat broken in the room. However, the receptionist took care of us, offered another room right away with compensation such as breakfest. Lastly, underground parking with reasonable price, lock and secured. Definately, I’ll book a room for sure when I’m about to visit Moncton again.

One thing I don’t like or can’t understand. I was about to use swimming pool with my girl friend. However, It’s closed. The reason why, there was too much water on the floor. Yes, of course, It’s swimming pool. Is it so obviouse wet floor near by swimming pool?

New build, modern style, tasty food at the attached restaurant downstairs, underground and above ground parking, and location downtown.

The bathroom didn’t have a latch (sliding bathroom door with no option to lock it); further down Main Street (not as centrally located as I’d like), no handicap button at the door leading out from the underground parking to the elevator room (that I noticed anyways—this would be necessary for accessibility reasons and for guest convenience), and I wish they had a late breakfast option up to or even past their 11am check-out time on the weekends.

The staff is exceptional The restaurant has delicious meals, We had Steak as main meal, my hat to the chef. Waitress/waiter very friendly and professional. The room was awesome and very clean. Love the underground parking.

The only thing I can think of, would be that the walls and ceiling are not thick, you can hear some noise from next to you or from the level above, but nothing to complain about. you can only hear if your room is quiet.

The room was really nice. Really modern compare to most hotel in NB. HIGH selling, modern flooring, curtains and bathroom. I was very pleased overall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Also my kids were very pleased with the selection of snacks available in the front lobby.

The coffee. Not enough sugar and whiteners provided. Also the fridge was really small and inside a wood cabinet, that was not very practical. I did not like to have to open a cabinet door before opening a fridge door.

The room was clean and comfortable, I like that it had a microwave, coffee maker and iron. There were enough charger ports. A member of staff on the front desk gave us a very good recommendation for a nearby restaurant that would have food my daughter would also like (Gusto).

I feel that guests of the hotel should not have to pay for parking whilst staying at the hotel.

Location was excellent. Ease of check in and check out. Wonderfully friendly helpful staff and generous size of the room. Really accessible building.

Didn’t like paying $12.00 addt’l for parking. After spending $200+ to stay there, paying an additional $12.00/night to park our car seems like a bit of a money grab. And the eggs for breakfast both mornings were cold.

Good downtown location easy walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. On-site restaurant was reasonable. Breakfast was a good price with good service. Seating came with lumbar supports which is unusual.

Paying for daily parking. A chain this large should provide free secure parking. The bathroom fan did not work. No glassware for drinking water etc. just two paper cups. Restaurant was not open for lunch on Mondays. Room door slammed when closing and was difficult to open, very stiff closer.

Staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I was having a comfortable stay. Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Lots of restaurants around the area as well which were within walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was good.

Expected a bit more for what I paid. Plus you have to pay for parking which was not mentioned during time of booking.

We stayed for three night always came in to make bed, take garbage and refill the towels but the shampoo nor body soap dispensers was refilled the whole time there so that was a let down. Also while swimming in the pool one of the staff kept coming in to vacuum the water on the floor i get it may be safety reasons but it was a lot and hard to hear with it going and trying to watch my kids swim he was go around my feet 6 times and i felt i was in the way so that was not such a great experince.
