Comfortable

- Very clean. Pet friendly. - Medium bar fridge and microwave in room. - Air conditioning worked well in serious heatwave. - Wall mounted TV had HDMI plug for our own streaming stick. Wi-Fi worked well. - Better configuration of electrical plugs than most hotels we've stayed in. - Very comfortable for multi-night stay two years in a row. - Four sets of towels and cloths in the bathroom meant we didn't need to bother with housekeeping. - Really appreciate the ground for rooms with exterior door and parking in front of suite. - Convenient location off the highway north of Saint John with gas and groceries close by.

- Rooms are carpeted. - Pet fee. - No in room recycling. There was an option in the common room that was not obvious and we had to ask about it.

I was pleasantly surprised when we went into the room. We had a full sized fridge, stove, dishes and glasses, pots and pans, a dishwasher. My favorite was the fireplace. The room was big and comfortably set up. The bed was very comfortable. Our stay of 3 nights, we had different delicious hot breakfasts each morning. They supplied bottled waters in the room.l will definitely stay here again for our next visit to New Brunswick. The staff were extremely friendly.

After a long day of traveling, the Quality Inn was a welcome and comfortable stop on our trip. The location is just off the highway but still very quiet. It is not far from St. John making it easy to visit from the inn as well. The breakfast was very good.

It seems that some updating is going on so there are parking areas blocked off. Not a big problem. I would hope the carpet in the rooms will be replaced soon as ours was stained.

Room location was good and propety location was great for us

I was greeted at reception with the info that booking sites don't inform customers of an additional tourism fee and there would be an additional $5.77 charge at a rate of 4.03%. When i pointed out the site had charged a tourism fee of 3.5% $5.01 (the rate listed on the prov. web site) we desk clerks weren't interested and talked over me insisting the booking site hadn't remitted the money. After the booking site called they refunded the charge. This appears standard operation.

Overall nice facility.

Disappointed there was no microwave in the room. Would be nice to be able to heat up food in room and not have to go to breakfast area to use a microwave. Also with the fridge was on before arrival. I agree with saving power but maybe a better option could be to ask if guest want to the fridge to be on when they arrive so it would be cold when they arrive. After traveling food that we brought would need to be refrigerated upon arrival

Nice clean facility. Great location, short distance to Rothesay/Saint John, Hampton…. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good. My kids liked the gym and pool. Tons of parking.

In our room, the A/C worked well to keep the room cool. It cycled on and off very frequently, which was loud when it did.

Convenient to airport Convenient to Bay of Fundy; and other areas of interest.

Unfortunately, my first night there included a group of loud men across the hall who thought it was ok to party with their door ajar. It woke me up and then I couldn’t fall asleep because of the disturbance.

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choices, scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausages, toast , cereal, pancakes.....great way to start your day. The breakfast offered was much more than what other hotels offer. Space to walk your dog. Loved having the drive up parking for your unit.

Liked everything........lots of parking...parking lot was well lit for security. Perhaps having a garbage bin near the utility building for dog owners to get rid of poppy bags.

Location was great as my course was held at the KV Fire Hall. It would not have been as great if I didn't have a vehicle. I would have preferred a room on the other side of the hall so I wouldn't hear the traffic, but it really wasn't bad. The breakfast was really great, but the set up was a bit odd. I had to search around to find the glasses to get a drink of juice.

There were no tissues in the room at all. I was surprised that the shower curtain wasn't one of those curved out ones. TV selection wasn't great.
