Large clean room, comfortable bed, huge hi-def TV screen. Excellent buffet breakfast room with a good selection of options that included cereals, toast, waffles, several cold juices, fresh apples (but no bananas??). Eggs for sure but no bacon or sausages. Lots of accessible parking in front. Always friendly and helpful staff.

The ROKU TV service - which many people love - was a major disappointment for me. I want access in a hotel to my many TV channels that I get at home. PBS, BBC, Smithsonian, lots of sports channels, CTV News Net. NO VENDING MACHINES anywhere - a real surprise. No soft drinks or chocolate bars! The only option was a small cooler behind the registration desk, with a limited stock of cold drinks. WHY no vending machines found in hotels and motels everywhere?

My stay at this property was excellent overall. Everything met my expectations, from cleanliness and accessibility to the general facilities provided. The breakfast was particularly good, offering a nice start to the day with a variety of options. The only minor drawback was the lack of English TV channels, which were either very limited. However, this didn’t detract much from the experience as everything else was well-managed and satisfactory. I would definitely recommend this property for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Amazing property! Big and very beautifully located! Everything was literally round the corner! And the lake view, plus the beautiful bridge nearby! The Belleville parks and walking trails are also at a stones throw away! We just loved it. The included breakfast was an icing on the cake, and so was the indoor pool! The Solar Eclipse watching phenomenon was a memorable experience in itself and the hotel made sure everyone had a great time 🙂 They even gave one complimentary eclipse watching glass ,thanks 😊 so much!

Nothing as such, this was the best budget friendly and value for money hotel we've ever stayed!

Comfortable beds, clean room, and lots of towels. Slept extremely well. Front desk staff and the manager are attentive, helpful, and kind. There was a kids hockey team staying in the hotel, and the manager ensured we had a quiet room, much appreciated. I met the cleaning supervisor in the hallway, and thanked her for the cleanliness of the rooms. You could tell she was very proud of the work that is done in this hotel. We had the city side room and the boys loved seeing the trains go by (they weren't loud, and they stop going by around 8pm) overall excellent sleep, excellent hotel.

Great value, exceptional view of having the harbour. Having a dry sauna was a perk not seen until you usually pay twice this price.

Drastically understaffed, had to wait 12 minutes at check-in (another person stormed out after about 10 minutes), because the only person working was on a break. Same thing at checkout. In addition, the waterslide was not operational. This is a positive review, just come with a little patience, and expectations. You won't get a harbour facing, clean room with a balcony in this price range anywhere else.

Room was great , clean ,good lots of towels , toiletries coffee maker etc. Comfy bed good choice of breakfast .

Wish pillows were the norm alot of hotels are using decorator cushion size (toosmall) young man on check out desk, could have be more pleasant barely acknowledged me. Lightibg in parking lot needs to be addressed too dark at night.

LOVED the pool and waterslide especially. Loved the staff. The location and property is beautiful. Loved the hotel and our stay was great.

Our room wasn’t cleaned the best. It was quite dusty, under the bed had a can, but we weren’t bothered by it ourselves. Improvements that could be made: larger breakfast area, pre made pancakes or waffles so people aren’t waiting so long, lids for coffees and juice.

This place had bad reviews, but my husband wanted to give it a try because of the location! To our pleasant surprise, this place is fantastic. Staff are super friendly beds and are amazing rooms very clean. We highly recommend staying here! Be kind as they are upgrading as there has been new owners! They are doing a great job!!

Lovely shoreline location with expansive park like setting. Competitive price for good hotel. Clean and quiet. Continental breakfast options including cereal, yogourt, egg, bread or bagels and coffee were appreciated.

Too bad that outside pool was unavailable. Inside pool with slide was great fun for the kids but as adults we were unable to swim and had to watch for impact of splash.

The bkfst could have been a little better. The location is good, the landscaping and harborview is the best in town. One issue is that the TV does not seem to have live channels. We wanted to watch the Stanley cup playoffs but couldn't find it, had to watch on my cellphone. :(
