Beautiful Property. Clean and Neat. Professional Friendly and Caring Staff. Good quality mattress. Clean and well set Rooms. Got to use the Tesla Charger. A Life Saver. This proved to be surprise and extremely convenient. Much appreciated the Tesla Charging Facility, as I was almost out of charge and also did a very late check in. Everything helped from clean room to clean good quality bed to clean bathroom and the offering of clean fresh lemon water. Everything was excellent. I bought a Breakfast package but due to late arrival slept till 11:30 AM and missed the breakfast.

Very comfortable room - we stayed in a king room overlooking the gazebo and woods at the back. Good arm chair and ottoman and a desk chair were great to have. Modernized bathroom and good closet area with storage baskets. Good window coverings, side tables and nice light fixtures. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Checkin quick and easy. Decor very welcoming throughout. Coffee and fruity water in the lobby was provided. There is a handy small shop with drinks, wine and beer, and snacks open 24/7.

The bed was very high - why? It was difficult to get in and out of. The shower could use a refresh on the grout. The coffee station was in a dark alcove and needed a light.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was located close to the highway and my work site. The front end staff were even helpful when I was having issues with my payment cards (it was resolved after check-in). The restaurant staff was also able to make me a “breakfast to go” bag for a 4:30 am departure, which I was really appreciative about.

I was not a fan of the pillows, which caused me to have a lack of sleep. They were too soft for my liking, but it was only a night stay, so I didn’t complain to the front desk.

Close to the Highway and easy to find. There was lots of parking and a place to charge my electric vehicle. The staff were uniformly friendly and knowledgeable. Check in was a breeze and the room was exactly as advertised. The room was clean and well equipped for a weekend stay. I normally stay a lot closer to the Festival Theatre but it was only a 15 minute drive from the hotel and the room at the Garden Hilton was a little nicer than the hotel in downtown Niagara-on- the- Lake.

I liked the property a lot.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean. Newer facility. Staff wonderful. Nice pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the dining area for breakfast. Wonderful staff there too. Appreciated having several trash containers in the room instead of just a small one I the bathroom!

Pool was colder than needed to be. Would have liked to have had an extra blanket available in the room. There is no bathroom exhaust fan. Bathroom needs to have a night light. If you use it in the middle of the night, your only choice is a very bright light or complete darkness. Thank goodness there are two grab bars in the tub. The tub floor was very very slippery. No-slip strips should be installed or a mat at least. It’s an accident waiting to happen. Having free coffee available in the lobby all day would have been nice. Many hotels do this.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and neat. Spacious rooms. Also, the scenery around the hotel is picturesque.

Breakfast lacked green vegetables. I acknowledge however that the customers they are serving probably do not really value vegetables for breakfast. But that's a pity.

Proximity to highway and easy drive to Niagara on your Lake town proper or the Niagara Outlet Collection mall.

Comfortable but showing its age a bit in room and lobby. Did not use any amenities so cannot comment. Not sure about rate value, but it was sold out so likely higher rates for Saturdaty.

Clean. comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was not free like it was last year, so no comment as we didn't eat it. Coffee was available in the lobby. It was great. There is an area to purchase snacks and nice patio furniture to be outside. The restaurant is available to dine.

It would be nice if there was a way to know about the existing road construction happening at this hotel when we stayed. It meant there was a significant detour to get into the hotel. It just so happens that my foot is injured, so parking at Tim Hortons to walk over to learn how to drive into the property took time. Ends up, it was at least 1 km to enter the Hilton via the Holiday Inn Express after driving around a large block.

Great stay, so close to Niagara Falls, Outlet shopping mall, and a very quiet location. Staff were very efficient in their checking us in and explaining the property facilities to us, bar staff were very friendly too. There was a small problem with the billing of the room which was charged twice, but this was rectified very quickly by reception staff member without me having to follow up.
