The staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked this particular hotel as it had laundry facilities so were disappointed when the dryer broke down mid use. However, the manager kindly used the hotel's own equipment to finish the job. WE found the hotel was well placed for Niagara, Niagara-on-the-lake and other attractions.

We stayed at several Comfort Inns during our trip but this was the only one not to offer breakfast, and there was no convenient option

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was right off the QEW. Staff were amazing. Really caring and friendly. There was a small gym with all the expected equipment and free coffee available in the cosy lobby. It was not far from the small towns like Vineland, Lincoln and Niagara-on-the-Lake and right on the outskirts of St. Catharines. Highly recommend.

The facility had ample parking, it was easy to find and staff were very accommodating.

It would have been just a little better had they had a restaurant. However, staff recommended an italian restaurant that was literally next door which offered fantastic fare and as all 4 of us required coffee, tea and a muffin for breakfast (Tims which was less than 2 blocks away) worked well. We picked up muffins before going to bed and used the hotels coffee machine. All was good!

The location was perfect! Staff was really friendly and the bed was really comfortable. It was literally 5 min away from all the places we needed to go!

The room was too warm even with the air conditioner on as cold as possible. The drain in the shower was a little slow but that was not a big deal.

We thought like other motels that we have stayed at that, you would have cleaned our room each day. We were a little disappointed when we got back to the room, nothing was cleaned or made. There was no clean towels for the next morning until I went to front desk.

We were heading back to the States after a two week trip to Rome and needed to stay about an hour from Toronto. We found your location to be ideal. We appreciated the easy access to the highway, to restaurants and to fuel. We booked and paid for the room well in advance and found that you were ready for us! The young lady at the front desk was friendly and professional- she had our rooms ready to go - which was much appreciated after a nine hour flight and hour drive. We booked two rooms and found them very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our quick-stop pleasant and restful. We will stay again when back in the area. Thanks again.

Comfortable bed, good location, competent staff.

Restaurant was under repair. Room was serviced only once every three days. According to my companion, the coffee making equipment in the room produced an unpleasant cup of coffee.

Clean updated rooms

They uafnt turned on the ac before we arrived and it was like an oven when we came in. We were looking forward to a cool room after having been in the sun all day at a tournament. It did eventually cool off once we put tue ac on.

Room was clean and comfortable, as expected considering I've stayed there before.

Sheets, comforter, bed spread were all too short since I like to have them up near my neck not stop at arm pit level. Solved by adding a pillow between my pillow and the headboard (so I slid down in the bed, under the covers).
