It was clean, comfortable and safe.. Easy to navigate and find things. Service was friendly.

There really wasn’t much to not like. We had to ask for more towels as there were only 2 sets. We required 3 and we had to ask twice for them. Our cards didn’t work as soon as we were given them and the one employee blamed us for it. She may need to improve on her customer service because she was the one that forgot our towels too as we had to ask twice for them. Aside from that, the service was friendly. I should have asked for her name but didn’t want to cause any fuss.

We had a fantastic stay at Americana Waterpark Resort for the second time! The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely amazing, my son had the best time, and we parents enjoyed it just as much! It’s such a great spot for family fun. A special mention to Lucy, who was exceptionally helpful. She clearly explained why we couldn’t check in early, and while we were waiting (less than 30 minutes), she kindly called us around 12:30 to let us know our room was ready. We really appreciated her warm and professional service.

We also loved that the hotel has an arcade, which added to the entertainment. However, I would suggest improving the quality of the prizes, as they weren’t quite worth the points earned.

It was good, next best thing to golden griddle which isn't around anymore. Staff was good, made sure we had lots of options. Sausages, bacon, lots of different fruit. We appreciate it.

Nothing really, keep your formula. Life guards were on top of things. Food was really good at the concession area. Boston Pizza was good, breakfast was good. Pool was great. Water slides were good. Lots of arcade games we didn't get to take advantage of this time but maybe next time. Room was comfortable, good AC. Clean washroom, clean towels. Cable on the TV was good. My daughtered watched YTV. The themes doors were cute in the halls. Polar bar at front desk area caught my daughters attention. Little devices to tell you your foods ready at the concessions is a good idea. Chicken fingers and fries were great. Maybe minor thing. ICE was great but could have used the ICEE cups to be authentic. Not sure if you usually have them lol.

We had a wonderful time at the American Waterpark Resort! The waterpark was definitely the highlight, very kid-friendly with plenty of fun attractions for all ages. My child had a blast, and it felt safe and well maintained. Our room was big and spacious, perfect for a family. It was clean, comfortable, and gave us plenty of space to relax after a fun day.

The only downside was that there was no place to leave our luggage after checkout. It would’ve been great to enjoy the waterpark a bit longer before leaving without having to worry about our bags.

We had a great time here with our two school-age children. We would go back and would recommend for families with kids ~12 and under. Even on a busy Saturday, Feb 1, with lots of families arriving around 2pm, the check-in line moved quickly and staff were pleasant. There was a sign upon arrival that the pool would be closed Sunday, Feb 2, from 12pm-5pm for a private event, which was very disappointing to many visitors. I myself had called ahead about 2 days prior to our arrival to confirm pool hours and I was NOT informed then of the closure, I was just given regular hours over the phone. They did adjust by keeping the pool open later Saturday and opening earlier Sunday, which worked for our family, so we did not make any complaint. We easily found parking near our room and carried our luggage up to the second floor - the elevator was a bit far. Our room was ready even before the posted 4pm check in, so that was nice. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with a mini fridge, microwave, and dining table for 4. The entry design of the room was ideal with a large tiled area leading to the kitchenette. Spacious bathroom and bedroom, perfect for a family of 4. We changed and went straight to the waterpark - an easy walk down the hall & elevator in your sandals and coverups. The waterpark area was a lot of fun. It included a toddler pool with small slides, a kid area with medium slides, a huge splash bucket, wave pool, and a few fun slides for older kids and adults. There were tables and chairs all around the patio for sitting. At some times of day it is very bright, would recommend you bring sunglasses for sunny days even though you're indoors! Also very loud, sometimes very busy and crowded. Getting towels poolside was easy, just use and turn in as you leave - not great towels, kinda rough and small, but they're convenient and serve the purpose.

Our room was spacious and clean. The restaurant in the hotel (Boston Pizza) has great food with pretty reasonable prices. The water park is the perfect size for kids of all ages.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable. They wouldn’t give us more than one extra roll of TP at a time, so with 6 people in our room… we were constantly running out. We ate at the restaurant 3 times and food was great but 2 of the 3 times the service was average at best. The other time, the waitress was amazing!

The waterpark is amazing and having Boston Pizza attached is so convenient. The kids and us had a blast at the park.

The noise. After 10pm when we were all trying tk sleep the family in the room next to us were all screaming at eachother, the kids were all screaming, crying and running. Absolutely no regard for the fact that there were other people in the hotel. Not great sound proofing for a hotel that is designed for families with kids. It’s hard to sleep when there is a family next to you being as loud as they possibly can with no regard for neighbours and total lack of consideration for the fact that they’re in a hotel with other families present. May be worth it to have security or staff do rounds to ensure that volume is at an acceptable level.

The resort was very family-friendly and ideal for children. While the waterpark was on the smaller side, it was perfect for younger kids or those who prefer gentler rides. Our room was quiet and conveniently located with easy access to both the waterpark and parking lot. Best of all, loved the price :)

I’d love to see them expand with more rides and perhaps renovate the waterpark in the future. Also a few more amenities would be a welcome addition and would enhance the overall experience even further.

After an incident with an outside patron, while returning to our room from the water park facility, the management had my family moved to an upgraded room within 4 minutes and then proceeded to lock down the entire facility to outside patrons. At 50$ per person entry fees to the water park, I know this decision came with cost. Management knew about our incident before I approached the front desk. They are 100% the safest child friendly facility I have ever encountered tested. I have stayed I. Hotels all across Ontario, Winnipeg, New Brunswick, and Cape Breton. In todays society there was no price worthy of the efforts made by Jennifer, Manager on site. I cannot rave enough.

My twins girls love the water park.

This is my third time visiting this hotel. I've never heard so much noise and uproar at night. A dance event was taking place, and the facility was packed with children of all ages. There was no respect for the peace and quiet of others at night, and I don't blame the children, but I do blame their parents, who are responsible for their behavior. Likewise, the hotel staff on duty failed to enforce the rules of conduct, which I assume shouldn't allow such shouting, which disturbs other guests.
