Wanting a reasonable priced place to share good times with my BFF. You folks fit the bill for our budget at this time, and thankful to have been able to book with your establishment. Sorry we were not able to swim in your pool, it looked so inviting. Providing a healthy breakfast for guests is what caught our eye and the free parking was also a big help. When planning a night away, it sure is nice to be able to save on parking, and a light breakfast,thank you so much for including that in your pricing. Many of the places offer such heavy meals for breakfast which is almost a waste. I also liked how nicely the beds were made up in the rooms.

The front door entrance has a rug that was quite twisted and very worn. Wished that the lobby and rooms smelled a little more fresh.

Comfortable stay for family of 10...had a nice time in the swimming pool. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Nice breakfast...it would be nice if they had one breakfast meat option which isn't pork. Would definitely book again here for our next visit to Niagara

One of the rooms #111 air conditioning wasn't working properly ...we were too tired to complaint about it...kids were in room #113 and ac was working very well there.

The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful both checking in and checking out. The woman who ran the complimentary breakfast kept the place well stocked and clean. The room was very clean and had a nice balcony to enjoy your coffee on or maybe a glass of wine at night. Separate area for the closet and sink gave me a place to change with some privacy other than having to go into the bathroom to do it. The bathroom with the toilet and tub was very roomy and clean. No elevator so you need to be able to use the stairs to get to breakfast or to the amazing pool table downstairs or obviously if your room is on the second floor. Not a problem for us but I feel you should be aware if you have mobility problems, it's mentioned on the site as well. We did not use the pool so I have no information on it. All up and down the streets are many restaurants and things to do. Very short drive to the falls or to the main drag with all the activities and souvenirs. I would happily stay here again.

The beds are a little uncomfortable, but fine for a short stay. Our room has a few paint touch ups that could have been used nothing that should keep you from staying here.

Friendly staff the front exterior is beautiful. It’s only a couple of miles away from the falls and it’s half the price. We got the jr Suite and it’s was king size with a whirlpool. We are pretty low maintenance people so we didn’t ask for much.

The breakfast. They should just do a basic breakfast. Remove the hot dog! Just do Canadian bacon, scrambled eggs and toast.

This is the place if you are like us and don't need real fancy and don't need to be at a hotel right at the Falls Reasonably priced and just just short drives to all the attractions at Niagara falls!

There was nothing that I didn't like. Again, it was a very reasonably priced accommodation with just short drives to all the attractions and it met our our expectations.

I liked everything, the staff in particular was exceptional, so helpful and kind. We had two rooms, the family room and the jacuzzi room. Bothe rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, a lot of great food options near by and near to the Falls but not in the middle of the fray. I would absolutely stay there again

The only downsides were...the pool was way too cold, I say that as a person who doesn't mind the cold. There was no ice available and the breakfast was lame but I don't really care about breakfast so I didn't care, basically it was hotdogs, waffles, and boiled eggs... Our room could've used a dresser, but Mayne that's just me, I like to unpack and get organized.

Loved the breakfast room. it's outside of the main building which gives it a very nice view and touch with windows and lots of light. weather permitting you can also sit outside as there are patio furniture there. Rooms and hallways were very clean. You have full control over your room temperature which was very useful for us traveling with our 15 months old son. I will definitely look into staying at this place next time.

The only problem was the pool water and room temperature. It was very cold. I believe there were no heating and not sure if the room temperature was adjustable or not but at the time of our visit it was pretty unusable and that was something I was looking forward to. Also no change rooms at the pool area.

It felt really homely, the staff were really lovely and polite. We had asked for vegan options at the included breakfast ahead of time, and they specifically bought fresh fruit and a peanut spread for us. The breakfast is kept simple but it was definitely enough, and really appreciated that our needs were met. It's a bit away from the falls, but we enjoyed this as it allowed for a quiet evening after the busyness of the day. There's a bus stop right outside and buses run regularly early to late, so easy to get around. Would definitely stay here again!

The inn looks really nice! I love how it looks architecturally. Parking was free and there was enough space available.

We were informed that on the weekend, it would be buffet breakfast. But when we were there on Sunday morning, I asked why we were given packed breakfast and were told the chef was sick. We should have been options on Saturday night on the kind of breakfast we wanted, and we should have been informed that we were going to get packed breakfast.

Breakfast should also include regular tea not just green tea. Breakfast should also include fried eggs and fries or roasted potatoes, orange juice, more fruits.

Tea should be included in the rooms too.. tea bags and hot water pot would be fine with milk, sugar too.
