Spacious rooms, two queen beds with three pillows each and clean white cotton sheets , average size bathroom with new ceramics, moderately new carpet and tables and the curtain was clean, the rooms are overlooking Lindy’s lane, and the breakfast was excellent for this average hotel. The breakfast didn’t include every menu item like royal breakfasts but included the basics of a royal breakfast; the fried potato’s were the best possible, the fried eggs were the best possible, and you have Philadelphia cheese and cranberry jam. Oh, lest I forget, there was an item favoured by most Canadians at the breakfast, sausages. I think the sausages were delicious but I didn’t try them because I don’t eat meat generally.

The TV didn’t work, I could spot slight stains on two towels but that was unusual and the towels were exchanged, there was no soap shelf inside the shower, and there was stain on the bathroom ceiling.

I was pleasantly surprised I booked the hotel at the last minute for a quick over night stay and it was conveniently located to shopping and the casino and plenty of food the staff was wondering the rooms had refrigerator micro wet bar even hot plate and breakfast in the morning and even offered late check out you can't beat the price also a swimming pool this will be my go to motel when I need a sleep over when I'm in Canada

The fact that the rooms offered wet bar but no supplies i wish I would have know i had to supply my own and also no ice buckets

There is a lot of snow outside, we rented a room to celebrate a family holiday, and it is great family day with snowing outside.We have a car, there is free parking, the motel consists of three blocks, one is being renovated, we lived with a view of the main street, well-insulated rooms, heating from the air conditioner is not noisy, room very warm. We had very large two beds, slept well. In the room there is a refrigerator, microwave, TV. The bathroom is clean, towels, soap and shampoos are available. Everything in the bathroom is clean and new. The room is very large, there is a table, chairs, there is an entrance door to another room next door, an internal door. It is great to have two families rent rooms next to each other. Our room is non-smoking. And next to it too. It is great. Many thanks to the admins. There is a door from the room - an exit to the street, where you can park your car right next to the room. Now it is winter, but in the summer you can use the pool in the middle of the motel. There are chairs - if you want to look at the snowfall weather, sit, go out, watch the snowfall, you can. I'm kidding. Very friendly admins, 24/7 coffee, tea, juice. I wish you success and we will definitely come here again. Breakfast:good, has everything for breakfast: coffee , sausages, eggs, bread.Room was clean.Excellent location for those who like a quiet holiday. By car you can reach the waterfall in 10 minutes. Everything thing is ok

I didn't take the opposite to have the complimentary breakfast, so I can't comment. There are renovations going on, and as we know, they are always an unfortunate necessity. The front staff were very pleasant. The price and location made the value very acceptable. Thanks, Niagara Suites. I look forward to staying after renovations. I would, though, either change the information stating there is a microwave in the rooms or add them.

We don’t like The pork sausages in the breakfast !

We liked that there was a fridge and microwave in the room. Really helped with our one night stay. The breakfast was pretty good. Was better than we were expecting. Lots of options. Good quality. We didn't need to stay longer with parking, but they would have allowed us to park a little after checking out which was much appreciated. Was economical, and they took Booking.com wallet credits as part of the payment too.

Smelled like someone was smoking in the room even though not allowed. Could hear people talking next door. Place is a little dated, but it met all of our needs and then some, and we were pleased none the less.

The kitchenette was a nice surprise and the beds and sheets were clean and comfortable. All the taps in bathroom looked recently renovated as well. The pool was extremely clean but we never got around to using it.

How loud the AC was. In addition, the toilet kept filling every 10 mins for some unknown reason which made it very hard to get a good nights sleep. The lamps didn't have any shades which was concerning.

It was nice was a working progress a little bit messy in the lobby but they are doing their best to accommodate everyone, they also give a buffet breakfast which was very good . The manager addressed my needs and was very pleasant .

The room was big with a kitchen and full fridge and was nice and cool A/C

Came couple of times here. Liked it. Good price with breakfast, parking. Wifi is great. Gona come back for sure. 5-7 minutes drive to Niagara Falls. But you find parking eaisly. Hv few this little old. But hv seen Managment doing lots of renovations. Staff is 5 stars. .
