"I'm absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and amenities at this motel! From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were spotless, the bed was ridiculously comfy, and the free breakfast was surprisingly delicious. The location is super convenient, and the parking was a breeze. I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness, amenities, and overall value for money. I'd highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay. Can't wait to come back!

Staff was friendly and helpful, continental breakfast had options (apples, bananas, muffins, 2 kinds of cereal, oatmeal, and waffles, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice), room was spacious, beds were comfortable. Family friendly environment. Far away from Clifton Hill that there isn't a lot of noise.

Rooms didn't get cleaned unless you asked. No microwave in the room. Had to pay for parking on top of paying for the room (parking should be included).

Wish there was a better area where there only breakfast needs to be cooked in back corner not allowing people to move along and took me 45 min of waiting getting shoved around with a one year old and about 10 other people where offered waffles from worker cooked in the kitchen but never bothered offering the mother with the only kid in there crying some assistance but offered same people seconds meanwhile my son never got to eat because of inpatient people who had zero patience or kindness

I was honestly blown away. I alway stay on Falls Ave or Victoria street in 3-4 star hotels. Prices in the summer, especially on a Saturday start around $400 before resort fee and taxes! I live close so I take advantage of the winter and fall pricing. So I looked for a place on Lundys lane and this place was 238 all in. I unknowingly booked a room with a hottub. The room was massive and everything was clean. New bedding and everything. Not your typical motel. Families with small children were loving the pool area. It looked nice and clean too. It must either be new or they just maintain it very very well. Lots of excellent resteraunts around. 15 cab ride to the falls.

The king room spa tub is really nice to relax in and the tv can be seen from the tub. The rooms are also really nice if you smoke, because you can pop out onto the balcony and have a smoke. They even have lawn chairs for you to sit outside

The pool wasn’t working while we stayed here and the spa tub was a little sub par on the cleanliness but was fine after a Rinse out. Mainly just a bit dusty in the tub but other than that the rooms pretty clean. Some handles on the drawers were busted up too but still worked fine

The breakfast was good, the was a pool but we couldn’t use it it was winter.

The air conditioning was so full of dust. We cleaned it out Friday night they maintenance to do the air conditioning all the time and the heat.. yeah I put everything that said what did you like about the breakfast is good. They didn’t pool good. And there is no mini fridge having one in the room would be great..

the room was very neat and clean however i found the shower stall was a little small. the bed was very comfortable and i had a good sleep. the breakfast was fine. the only thing that i wasnt happy with is that i asked the front desk to give me a wake up call for 6am so i wouldnt miss my granddaughters cheer leading compition and i didnt receieve a wake up call. however i did wake up in time so all was good

possibly a bigger shower stall instead of a big heart shaped tub as i did not have a lover to share tub. Lol

Good location, clean and quiet environment, the heart shaped tub was cute and shared the history of the honeymoon capital, the bed was very comfortable, with soft fluffy pillows. The front desk attendant was friendly and kind. (No ice limit) Enjoyable getaway in our own backyard.

The housekeeping staff struggled to get their cleaning cart up the flight of stairs, the lines in the parking lot are faded and need to be redone. The tv did not offer the Stanley cup playoffs - air channels only.

Loved the fact that has swimming pool and so at the end of our enjoyable day we could still go for a swim.

The breakfast didn’t have too many options but it had enough and simple ingredients.

Staff and jacuzzi

Stains on the ceilings, insects in the room and bed sheet material should be cotton but it is not. Pillows are not fluffy and hard either and the mattress was not supportive it was an old mattress and should be replaced. Mold on ceilings. Breakfast needs to improve.
