The staff were friendly and helpful, quickly accommodating my request for extra towels. The room was spacious and clean, and the spa tub is a wonderful amenity.

The bed was unfortunately a little less than comfortable, and there weren't quite enough pillows for our personal taste-- but to be fair we didn't request extras. Had we stayed an additional night I probably would have and I'm sure the staff would have been accommodating. I also wasn't a huge fan of the room layout. The television was wall mounted and didn't turn or rotate at all, and the only seating was right next to the television. It wasn't even quite the right angle from the bed.

Was super clean and comfortable. Nice quiet place,close by Fallsview Casino, where I went to see John Fogerty at OLG stage. Ample parking available, easy access to property.

Was annoyed that complimentary breakfast not provided, even though it is listed on their website. Showed that on my phone to staff, but “we don’t have that, that’s not for us”. That needs to be deleted from their website! Was disappointed but didn’t get angry about it. One other thing is stairs leading to 2nd level needs some light late at night. The one I used anyway.

I've been coming here for years, I highly recommend the heart-shaped jacuzzi if you're feeling a little bit freaky! 😝 Very understanding couple at front desk & just for a little getaway from the inner city, it's perfect!! No regrets and definitely will be back:) Ah, they also have this beautiful area with a BBQ, a big table for a big feast, for a get-together with family or friends. Don't let me forget whatta a gorgeous view of the sunsets and sunrises on top floor 5 star rating for sure.

How there's no channels or much on the television.

Room was big, clean and well shocked with toiletries. It was quiet, no loud guests. Close to many restaurants, gas stations and a 24hr convenience store. Check in/out was quick and easy as well.

We rented 2 rooms there, great place, very close to Niagara Falls. There are lot of restorants and grocery store at the main street. It was quiet during night and wonderful outside.

One of the rooms has smell of sigaretes, it's not staff fault I think, but previous renters didn't care smoking only outside.

Our heat was not working, the staff brought us a portable heater which worked well, unfortunately it is something that should of been looked at prior to our arrival

These are simple basic rooms, which worked well for us as we were only there to sleep. Bed were on the small side, but the room was clean.

Wr stayed for a night in December so it was cool/cold. The rooms are heated by baseboard heating and it is hard to regulate the temperature and it was very hot and dry.

Everything including swimming pool. Cleanliness of property. Bathroom were very clean 👌 I must say spotless. The couple at the front soinf outstanding job. She offered me few goodies for my kids.the staff very kind and ready to help always. The beds were very comfortable. Good night sleep. I'll recommend this Villager Lodge to everyone.

The AC is working good together with the fridge and microwave. The staff were nice especially Jason from the office. The room is clean and the washroom. They have barbecue grill outside. Most of all, the price is reasonable.

The wifi is a little weak

The room was nice and clean ! It was a little cool when we arrived but other than that it was nice and calm and peaceful. The jacuzzi tub was nice and clean ! We had a great anniversary !

I think they could’ve included four towels . 2 for the shower and two for the jacuzzi tub.
